Who was in the right?
Imperials or Stormcloaks
I can sympathize with both.
Imperials, you can clearly see the left hand has the stormcloaks
Neither.
The empire seemingly doesn't mind religiously oppressing its people, and also doesn't mind being ruled over by a supremacist knife earred pricks, and even if they were plotting to eventually overthrow the Aldmeri, The Stormcloaks are effectively putting a end to the hope that the empire could beat the Aldmeri, and also harbours and encourages the thoughts of Nord/Human supremacy, when everyone knows Lizard Tits are the best.
Also Ulrich is a plant by the aldmeri to ensure the empire couldn't rise up against them
...
>find out that Ulrich is a plant by the Aldmeri Dominion
>go to his palace to kill him
>game wont let you kill him because lol fuck you, this is a bethesda game were you actually expecting choice?
Stormcloaks. You'd have to be a literal cuck to pick anyone else. Impericucks have to go back.
But it only made sense to pick Stormcloaks if you were playing a Nord.
Stormcloaks are racists, Imperials have a manifest destiny. At least the Imperials want to unite everyone instead of push people out.
>supporting an asset of the foreign intelligence agency of a hostile nation
>Never picking the obviously correct decision to side with the political factions
NCR and Imperials literally trying to better the world, regardless of corruption, Caesars Cuckolds and The Stormcucks exist only to murder innocents and be racists.
Imperials because Ulfric wouldn't shut the fuck up.
why do normies love skyrim so much? im fucking sick of it
Imperials because Ulfric is a whiny cunt
nobody cares about you, dumb frogposter
Thalmor
>calls other people normies
>posts normie frog
fuck off normie
Both sides are retarded
why are you in this thread then, babydick?
Neither.
The Imperial appeasement of the Dominion is a massive strategic mistake. The Dominion was almost militarily equal to a peaceful, rich, politically stable Empire because they had the element of surprise. Now the Empire has allowed the Thalmor to completely saturate all layers of it's intelligence services, it's nobility, it's economy and it's clergy. The Empire is "waiting and growing it's strength" but is actually getting weaker.
The next time the Dominion launches a surprise attack leading to war they have a stronger chance of winning than before.
The Stormcloaks can't prosecute a war against the Dominion. Skyrim doesn't have the economy, infrastructure or manpower to match the Dominion, which has provinces beyond their reach.
The Dominion can still lean on other countries to disrupt Skyrim, though probably can't wage a conventional war with them due to distance.
Without Skyrim's manpower, the Dominion will defeat the Empire. When they've subdued and genocided the Imperials then Skyrim is next, though it will take time.
Best option is for Skyrim to secede and Empire to declare a truce, Skyrim to invade Hammerfell and help drive out Dominion, Empire to rebuild their country and legions.
MEME MAGIC
>The Stormcloaks can't prosecute a war against the Dominion. Skyrim doesn't have the economy, infrastructure or manpower to match the Dominion, which has provinces beyond their reach.
didn't the redguards fight a war against the dominion alone and win?
>positing leddit man
>bashing others for posting normie pics
The redguards fought a defensive war against a Dominion invasion force (not their full army) with the Empire providing veteran soldiers and they fought them to a standstill so the Dominion is still there.
Hammerfell is much, much closer to Summerset Isles as well, so it's a good staging point for a sea invasion of the Altmer.
There is also a quest in skyrim which implies that the Thalmor still have a presence in Hammerfell, the one with saadia. That means that the Second treaty of Stros M Kai was probably in the benefit of the dominion and that hammerfell didn't necessarily win.
Imperials. Ulfric was a piece of shit Thalmor puppet and coward running away from the war he started. Why else do you think he was crossing the border to Cyrodiil in the beginning cutscene? If you're going to challenge the authority of the current royalty, you should at least follow through with the attempt instead of killing the king and subsequently fucking off to who knows where.
Ulfric Dickcloak was planted by the elves. It's obvious because why is he being trapped near Helgen on "border crossing"?
>which implies that the Thalmor still have a presence in Hammerfell, the one with saadia.
Not exactly since the quest is intentionally vague on which one is working with the Thalmor.
Fuck skyrim and it's faggy "choices"
I have always enjoyed playing the game with my own story I make up in my head and hope that the game allows me to kinda work it in. But skyrim won't, it's either side with the imperial cucks or the nord radicals.
If I side with the imperials I feel like a limp duck shitter that deserves to be pegged. If I side with the nords, I feel like a self hating dick because I always play as a lizard wizard and it wouldn't make sense to support the nords in their wall building and bullshit about making skyrim great again.
I'm so glad my copy is bugged to hell and back so I never even have second thoughts about playing that dumpster fire again. Everytime I would even go near a water mass it would freeze.
Too simple a question.
The Nords have every right to want to seperate from the Empire, given that worship of an important god in their pantheon has been outright banned, the people of Skyrim betrayed by the Empire out of a desire to keep themselves alive. However, Ulfric is a Thalmor puppet and a massive faggot, and seeks only to advance his own legacy and narrative, and was given the go-ahead to spin his narrative about Nord Supremacy, allowing the Thalmor to be posed to crush the weakend Imperial and Skyrim states after the civil war.
Skyrim was right to try to secede but were played by Thalmor pigs.
Around Elves, Watch Yourselves.
There are no right or wrong in war, only death
One mentions he is part of the a thalmor resistance movement in hammerfell and the other says that they had to leave to escape the thalmor, each one says that they still have a presence there.
The Thalmor
>Empire with no lineage to the Dragonline
What's the fucking point m8
Seriously whats up with all this bullshit about Ulfric Stormcloak being a Thalmor puppet? Doesnt he hate the elves and despise the empire?
Considering that he's a Thalmor agent, wouldnt his personal bodyguard and other people close to him notice that he is secretly an agent for the Dominion?
Stupid ideas, honestly.
He is a puppet in that the the thalmor tortured him during the great war and shaped him up to rebel against and weaken the empire. He hates the elves, but he doesn't realise he is just doing everything they wanted him to.
I don't think you said anything that wasn't wrong, retarded, or both.
>LE SKYRIM BELONGS TO LE NORDS
>push all imperial forces out of Skyrim
>get throbbing Thalmor dick straight up your ass afterwards
Drooling viking retards
>implying the empire protected skyrim
>what is the markath incident.
jesus christ go post your cutmarks on Sup Forums or /soc/ or /r9k/ nobody wants that shit here
We've been told that the empire is destined to end since Daggerfall. It's been in decline since the Oblivion Crisis and is only held aloft by non-Cyrods.
People who have no reading comprehension found the letter in the Thalmor embassy quest that describes Ulfric being "an uncooperative asset" and took it as meaning the Thalmor actually own him. They don't but they see him as helping them by weakening the empire.
Hammerfell actually took back all its territory after leaving the empire. The empire was winning the great war by the time peace was declared but decided to cuck out because muh imperial city got some boo-boos :(
Fuck off out of this thread milk-drinker.
>Status: Asset (uncooperative), Dormant, Emissary Level Approval
>Description: Jarl of Windhelm, leader of Stormcloak rebellion, Imperial Legion veteran
>Background: Ulfric first came to our attention during the First War Against the Empire, when he was taken as a prisoner of war during the campaign for the White-Gold Tower. Under interrogation, we learned of his potential value (son of the Jarl of Windhelm) and he was assigned as an asset to the interrogator, who is now First Emissary Elenwen. He was made to believe information obtained during his interrogation was crucial in the capture of the Imperial City (the city had in fact fallen before he had broken), and then allowed to escape. After the war, contact was established and he has proven his worth as an asset. The so-called Markarth Incident was particularly valuable from the point of view of our strategic goals in Skyrim, although it resulted in Ulfric becoming generally uncooperative to direct contact.
>Operational Notes: Direct contact remains a possibility (under extreme circumstances), but in general the asset should be considered dormant. As long as the civil war proceeds in its current indecisive fashion, we should remain hands-off. The incident at Helgen is an example where an exception had to be made - obviously Ulfric's death would have dramatically increased the chance of an Imperial victory and thus harmed our overall position in Skyrim. (NOTE: The coincidental intervention of the dragon at Helgen is still under scrutiny. The obvious conclusion is that whoever is behind the dragons also has an interest in the continuation of the war, but we should not assume therefore that their goals align with our own.) A Stormcloak victory is also to be avoided, however, so even indirect aid to the Stormcloaks must be carefully managed.
Also, he rapes children.
>Now the Empire has allowed the Thalmor to completely saturate all layers of it's intelligence services, it's nobility, it's economy and it's clergy. The Empire is "waiting and growing it's strength" but is actually getting weaker.
This is the best description of the faction.
They both suck but since it's lol fuck your choices bethesda i go with the empire, the already captured ulfric once without the dragonborn's help.
