At this point, Leon is basically a fucking super soldier. He would absolutely mop the floor with the Bakers all while cracking jokes and roundhouse kicking crates for some herbs. The Bakers wouldn't even know what hit them.

No, seriously, it's great. The dude is pants on head fucking crazy and it works. I was skeptical going into this game but Jack combined with Ethan's snarkiness just made the game for me.

It's in the boss room, a couple of feet away from the car on some counter. Grab it and enter the car and the rest should fall into place, maybe create some distance between you and Jack.

There were some threats like Jack fight in the boat house, but yeah Leon would fuck them up. That's why they probably didn't bring him or Chris or any of the others back, because they're basically invincible by now.
