Anyone else, literally me?
Probably Bubble Bobble or something.
The first game I actually remember myself wanting to beat was pic related. It was the first gamer moment I remember.
May not have been my first game, but one of my firsts.
Either Pac-Man or Demon Attack on the 2600 were my first game.
DOOM was the first "real" game I played. The first game I actually played was probably some educational game but I don't remember.
Battletoads coop with my dad.
Not everyone had the newest console as soon as it came out. In the early 90s, as far back as I could remember, I had an Atari and inherited an NES when my aunt's boss's son had got an SNES and was giving his old one away. It wasn't until just before Playstation came out that I got an SNES of my own, and then in 1999 I got the PSX itself.
In fact, I was almost a generation behind throughout my life, changing with the release of the Wii since I had the cash for the first time to pick it up myself.
GTA 5
I recall playing something like prince of Persia on DOS when it was the shit.
I can't even remember what I played the most on my PS2 before I got my 360 in 05
I did not get an NES until my 6th birthday in 1992.
The Atari 2600 was really my dad's and I first played that when I was 4.
Current favorite game doesn't HAVE to be new.
man I don't remember my parents got me edutainment shareware for our PC since I was a baby. First I remember is wacky wheels and super solvers gizmos and gadgets. First game I remember actually getting really into was Sonic 2 when we got a genesis in 1999
I think it was that old as shit sidescroller where you had to jump over water and swing on vines and you could descend underground but rats or something patrolled there. Can't remember the name but it was hard as balls.
I pretty much only play warcraft, and more as a chat room. I pirate new games the time, play them for an hour, then leave them until I need room on my hard drive and uninstall them. Last game I've played and enjoyed was Ori DE, and before that Hyper Light Drifter.
Rainbow Islands is the earliest I can remember
before I fill this out you gotta tell me if "current favorite" means "favorite game" or "favorite game that came out recently"
The earliest one I can remember is Alex Builds His Farm. Parents got it for me when I was a kid.

It's funny how many people follow the same trend of Nintendo being a childhood staple followed by WoW and Halo being adolescent staples

It could have been Mortal Kombat 3 Ultimate, Star Fox 64, Bubsy 3D, Jersey Devil, Final Fantasy VII, or Mario Kart 64. I was too young to remember which one was first, but my first memories are a vague mish mash of those games.
