I do this all the time. The thing is I actually think I will go to bed when I type this but then I read something or watch something that I need to finish and drags way longer than I expected and eventually I'm awake until 4 AM.

I regurlarly abandon my friends. Why do i do this? I have made good friends, people i would hang out with IRL, but i always leave or give up on them. Even people i have made friends with IRL. I find ut excruciatingly hard to get close or open up to anyone. I just cant let a single person know me, i feel like they will find out my true disgusting self and be eternally put off by who i am. I have had this problem since high school. Anyone feel me?
