Basically means he can bend reality in some way. Sora's way of bending reality is more psuedo but it counts. He gets squished, shape shifted, fucked around a lot and has no problems with it and takes a hell of a beating and also defys physics.

People like to over-exaggerate and say that Noctis became a god, but he didn't have any feats to back that up.

However, KH3 Sora may be fucking ridiculous.

The term god literally means nothing, god is more of a rank or position than power scaling

His king's mode is pretty dope yeah, but even in KH2 Sora was hot shit. Slayed numerous Gods and God Tier monsters, sliced skyscrapers in half with ease and went toe to toe with Sephiroth, who is absolutely nutty in his own right. This is all in base form more often than not too, this doesn't count the raw destruction he gets from his Drives. Even Valor and Wisdom on their own would probably destroy Noctis base, Noctis King's would probably go even with Anti and Master, but Final and Limit would decimate him simply because of how busted the skills are. In Final Form, Sora can become effectively invincible with the flurry of keyblade attacks that surround him from simply moving, his magic is pushed off the charts and his attacks are faster than human perception. In Limit, while he suffers from a notable lack in mobility, he becomes a god ender with all of his limit attacks. His guard is effectively impenetrable when it's up and any hit he does manage to land will hit hella hard.

Canonically, Sora does't actually win against Sephiroth in KH2. After the fight Sephiroth just looks bored like Sora didn't put a scratch on him.
