Yeah I've got a suggestion
Fuck of to reddit or /gsg/
Remove kebab
Start as constantinople and retake rome. If you can't accomplish that you should go back to Civ V.
highly doubt you know the basics if you're just starting your first game
Bitch nigger
Muscovy is a good starting country since it's powerful from the start and deals with all aspects of the game except colonisation. Also you can bully your neighbors without a care since they're all shit tatars.
Start as ottos, conquer the world its easy as that
CK 2 > Rest
>Suggestions?
Play CKII instead
>Muscovy
>no colonisation
wat
Muscovy is a good starting nation to learn about warfare and fast expansion.
Portugal, but preferably Castille for learning to colonise.
Never ally France, you will regret it in the mid-game when the big blue blob will eat half of Western Europe. Try to keep a healthy balance of power in Europe through alliances.
>Portugal, but preferably Castille
lmao low energy
I don't consider expanding into Siberia colonisation
It's just taking rightful Russian clay
but it's essentially the same thing just without having to explore the seas and worry about colonisation range
Play Castille ~1492
you learn diploannexation, warfare in controlled setting against easy-to-handle opponent, colonization, european wars, balance of power, and because of time setting Castille is slanted toward becoming the big dog anyway
Yeah but Muscovite colonisation amounts to just clicking a button on the province and moving a few thousand dudes to guard it and doing it again every now and then
Overseas involves a bit more, since there's someone contesting the area and the trade areas are actually important compared to bumfuck Siberia
And that you get a colony nation which is a feature in itself
>telling him to just turn god mode on
Why even play the game?
This is the only proper reply, the treacherous pig dog of a Sultan must die.
>warfare in controlled setting against easy-to-handle opponent
...France?
I wouldn't exactly call France easy-to-handle nor the setting controlled if you're a beginner.
Grenada.
>No colonization
Wrong, what is Siberia
>all your neighbours are tatars
Wrong, you start off with Novgorod potentially being a threat through alliances, Lithuania who can be strong enough on their one, let alone with a PU with Poland.
casual shits reeeeeeeeeeeeeee, HoI3 is the best game in the series
*own not one
Small nation play is completely different than any strong-medium nation. In a lot of scenarios you need to have a good plan already if you want to survive, let alone expand if you're playing a minor.
Turn lucky nations off and never use random new world because it's a shitty mess
