Its nice if you think of it as a side story to dark souls 1 and 2. It has one of the best DLCs, and aldia is easily one of the best characters in souls series. I dont give a fuck what people trying to fit in think. It was a great game and I enjoyed it (at least the SotFS version)

It's alright. It's a 7/10 but the DLC brings it up to an 8-8.5 area. Had the best multiplayer/online activity though and with the most build variety. It also made spells the least shit

Especially after DS3 came out and proved a lot of these kids dont know what the fuck they're talking about and one and done Souls games.
It's a pretty interesting game to analyze, like a struggle between good devs and devs who need to be shot. The movement system alone being fucky hamstringed it so hard.
Sunken City Shulva was amazing, so cleary someone people on the tream understood level design. Ziggurats get my dick ROCK hard.

You're saying Dark Souls 2 doesn't understand that you don't have to cheese through mob encounters. This is clearly false, because you don't have to cheese through mob encounters. The developers knew this, so they included more and made sure all encounters were fair enough so players would hopefully never resort to cheesing (which is not fun). To help with that, they included extra healing items to incentivize aggressive play.
