No, you would play a create-a-hero and it would be a beat 'em up where you climb through the ranks. As you progress through the game, you'd pick up summons (canon heroes from OPM) you could call on for their attacks. Characters like Saitama would be QTEs or something

I always liked the idea of it being a survival horror game, where you're an incredibly weak hero, who pretty much just has to last until Saitama, or an actual hero arrives.

But 400,000 Dynasty Warriors and other "Warriors" games were already released before that shitty meme anime came out.
