Anyone here completely lost his interest in this game, after disaster that was last season?
I like first mainly because of sense of humor and I'm afraid that was forever lost and second game will be just as unfunny as last season
Anyone here completely lost his interest in this game, after disaster that was last season?
I'm still holding out it will be good, definitely going to be waiting on reviews though since its made by Ubisoft instead of just published by them.
haha but politics and funny topical jokes
haha south park
So how far did this get pushed?
I didn't even knew this was a thing
only retarded hipsters don't like topical humour when is good tho
I doubt it's worth $60
preordered this (comes with the first so that really pushed me to do it
never really been that heavy into the show but the game looks great i love the art style and humor and the turn-based rpg shit
what was wrong with the last season?
should I cancel my preorder?
>last season
This show hasnt been good in like a decade
I think I'll wait for the inevitable Steam Sales
Like for all my games
>Anyone here completely lost his interest in this game, after disaster that was last season?
no because I stopped watching southpark back in 2003.
Sup Forums is mad that South Park didn't present Trump as a God Emperor.
Other than that the season was shitty because it was just one main plot line unlike older seasons where each episode was a separate entity.
It didn't really go anywhere, since they banked hard on Trump losing. Surprise surprise, making a show a day before it airs isn't a very good idea.
It's a shame too, because Trump could have provided a very good, funny story line had they approached it differently. Ah well. I hated the continuity shit anyway.
>I hated the continuity shit anyway.
Same.
>Sup Forums is mad that South Park didn't present Trump as a God Emperor.
Still got a kick out of them needing to quickly remake an episode because they were convinced Hillary would win.
>haha I'm so above trash like south park look how deep I am
i think i'll be fine, the previous one was good
the problem with the most recent season was the same problem the season before that had, and they already confirmed that the next season isn't going to be that crap format again
what does a season matters if SoT was overall a south park game independent of everything?
Southpark is ok but nothing about it makes me want to play a game based on it.
Kek
Sup Forums is just the latest brand to get triggered and run away when a politically incorrect show like south park starts targeting people the agree with. It's like those christfags who love hitchens and harris on islam but run away crying when the mention christianity.
North Korean's would have a better sense of humour with their leader being made fun of.
>but muuhh continuity.
Fuck off they have been doing that for a while now. Nobody complained last season.
I'm not gonna play the game though.
The combat in the first was shit so while it was really funny i never really finished.
you actually thought last season was good? lmao, now that's funny.
South Park debunked
I dropped South Park as a show but I'm still excited about the new game.
I dropped the show ages ago (I think the shake weight episode was the last one I watched), but Stick of Truth was fucking great. Probably because they tried to keep it somewhat timeless, with it being a game and all.
Yeah pretty much, i dont get how they went from 19 which was very good for modern sp then followed it with season 20 which was one of the worst seasons ever
The last few seasons have been less sitcom structured and positioned more as serials. They were very bad. The last season in particular went nowhere and they dropped a bunch of plots by the end.
They are at least self-aware enough to know it, though. I think the title of the last episode was called "The End of Serialization" or something like that.
Only if youre poor, it should have atleast a few funny scenes in it, im still going to play it at release im just not expecting it to be that great.
Last season was particularly bad because they based the plot on predictions that completely failed, and it's clear the continuous storyline for a whole season just doesn't work.
With the game they could take time with coming up with jokes, so there is still hope.
i don't like the superhero theme at all
and i am concerned they delayed the title
but maybe it is for the better, and they get their shit straight
i am sure that, story-wise, the game is going to be pretty much the same quality of insane material
but the gameplay part.... i hope it is bearable for me
>Nobody complained last season.
I did. Other people did. That's nothing new.
Doubt it.
Last one was obsidian.
This is ubisoft San Fransisco...
I loved old southpark, even when it made fun of people like me.
The last few seasons were just not funny with some exceptions.
Recycling the same trump jokes didnt help
>completely lost his interest in this game, after disaster that was last season
This
and I'm just tired of this superhero bullshit
...
Would play monster hunter with that guy
>that dude on the right clearly hates every one of them
I can't believe how many people were triggered by last season. It was a weaker season, but so many kiddies are legit offended by the jabs at politics
>black person forced to lay on the floor beneath her white masters
Reeee
i-is she in porn?
i'm asking for a friend
Last season was a dud because they banked on Hillary winning the election. They had all of these subplots going that all tied into Hillary winning the election.
Then Trump won, and they had to restructure the rest of the season, to the point that they dropped multiple plot threads.
Gender war? Dropped.
Member Berries?More or less dropped.
Star Wars plot? Dropped.
Hillary emails? Heavily altered at the last minute to fit the narrative.
M&T learned a valuable lesson in not trying to predict politics when trying to run a multi-episode narrative.
They have no argument and made up stuff that wasn't even true. "Muh no polices" Trump had lots of policies and it's been proven to this day. South park used to be objective but I feel the producers wives fucked their heads.
>Trey's in the back, when normally in a picture like this, they would be placed front and center
I get the impression that he's a cool guy.
100% chance she was the admin assistant.
Black Lives Matter, man
Well, I guess nobody can be right 100 percent of the time. There seems to be something about getting married that makes people lose a certain spark that they had before. It's really apparent in creative people. You see it everywhere, from Bill Burr to James Rolfe.
The coon has nothing to to with the last season, fag.
Because the last season points toward the humor of FBW
South Park was always Coldsteel the Hedgehog: The Series.
The season before stick of truth was a bag of dicks, save for maybe the black Friday episodes
