Except they really don't, because most h-games these days are just empty promises strung along endless development while the creator reaps those sweet patreonbux. Nobody does anything as a labor of love anymore. You're lucky to get a playable build of any given h-game 5-6 years after it first starts getting shilled online, and by that point the creator will have gotten so much scam donations they won't even be motivated to work on it anymore.
