by and large video games are considered childern toys, specifically for boys. young boys pretend to fight and kill each other constantly, so it's not drastic to make it hyperbolic in games. Sex is considered for adults or at least once they start to turn into adults, so it's deemed as inappropriate for normal games to be associated with sex games, earning them no shelf space and the dreaded AO rating. This combination of factors make it extremely unprofitable to associate sexuality with games beyond a nipple or a butt
