So why the fuck would you get a Nintendo system if you have a capable PC?

It's just nintendrones trying to latch onto someone else because the reality is that people can buy only a ps4, an xbox or a pc and be mostly set because they get a bunch of third party support with the occasional exclusive, so you're constantly filled with stuff to play. Change that to nintendo and you're left with consoles with many months of complete absence of any game release whatsoever and that misses out on every single hot game people are talking about. They can't leverage the thing byt itself, which is why they jump onto the next best thing to leech off some value, and they certainly aren't gonna do it with the ps4 because nintendo fans have an ancient beef with Sony since it stole nintendo's thunder from night to day with the advent of the ps1, which was when every developer jumped ship from nintendo to sony.

Wii U is done and its emulation is still so-so. I'm perfectly happy with having bought one so I could play its good exclusives when they came out on the original hardware instead of waiting forever to do it on a PC.
I definitely will go back and emulate a lot of them when Cemu gets to Dolphin levels of compatibility and options, make no mistake. I'm hoping people mod the hell out of the Wii U version of BotW to make it look something like it could if Nintendo had made it for PC hardware.
So far the PS4 just doesn't have enough games that interest me for it to be worth doing the same, but I eventually bought a PS3 in combination with my PC and Wii U and I assume someday I'll feel the need for a PS4 too. For me it's more like Nintendo consoles are the first thing I'll buy besides my PC because they're the most likely to have games I really want that I can't play on my PC.

the load times are abysmal, the game only looks good when you are still because of the framerate and I'm sure it drops FPS when shit is actually happening

That being said, I want to see an 8 year old beat this game to 100% completion. I'm not saying I have the best reaction timing in the world but I've beaten a lot of other hard platformers. I thought this game would be easy compared to something like duck tales.
