What's so unhealthy about this again? I eat two triple cheeseburger without the buns when I'm bulking :^)
The bread and the shitty quality meat and chemicals in sauce etc. if you get it from a shitty fast food chain.
>Eating food is able to instantaneously heal gunshot wounds
The quality of protein is shit
Too much fat
Too much sugar
>pizza level
>pineapple music starts playing
And no fibers
First of all, the refined carbs. Literally the niggers of food. If you want to eat carbs, get your fill from brown rice, oats or beans, not white bread or any bread for that matter.
Secondly, the shitty oils used in frying the meat. Burger patties are fried with shitty vegetable or sunflower oil and it's absolutely fucking horrendous to your health, as these oils oxidize very easily and produce carcinogenic radical products. You need olive or cocnut oil or even fucking lard to fry stuff safely and the food industry doesn't use them due to them being too expensive.
I sometimes feed my dogs burgers.
>Too much fat
No such thing. Dietary fat has no bad effects on health or weight gain, compared to other macronutrients. This is a retarded myth that has been debunked a long while ago.
The macros are fine lads :)
>kill robot enemy
>it drops a chicken leg
>no bun
>already has 6g of carbs
LMAO.
What positive and negative effects would energy drink have in game?
He can haz cheeseburger. He finally fucking got it after all these years
Fast food is revolting. After you start eating food cooked from ingredients for a while, you really notice how awful the texture and taste is. It's also ridiculously oversalted and usually has some sort of glue-like texture.
>tfw started cooking myself
>tfw too lazy to cook anything fancy
>tfw just buy some minced meat or pork chops and fry it in a pan with frozen vegetables on olive oil
Technically, I'm eating healthy as fuck, but oh boy do I miss eating shit.
I know this sounds like I'm being an asshole, but buying a few fresh veggies and spending literally an extra 5 minutes peeling and chopping the veggies will go a long way.
However, when I am lazy as fuck my standard dinner is canned beans, reheated rice (I cook a bunch at once and freeze it so it doesn't go bad, so I can have brown rice in 5 minutes instead of 70) and frozen veggies. Barely any dishes, nutritious and filling as fuck, costs nothing. Use your favorite rice topping and its great.
>hacking is a minigame
Nothing wrong with dirty bulking.
Fresh veggies are shit, m8. Frozen ones are the way to go. The deal with "fresh" veggies is that the veggies that are supposed to be sold in supermarkets are picked while they are still not perfectly aged (i.e. they are smaller), so that they will have some time to age and get bigger while they are being delivered. When you buy fresh veggies, you are literally buying the lowest fucking grade vegetables that were picked from a lot.
Frozen veggies, on the other hand, are picked when they are perfectly aged and frozen immediately. There are actual studies that show that frozen vegetables sold in supermarkets have more health benefits than the fresh ones sold in the same supermarkets.

Hamburgers are your oyster. They can be damn healthy if you want them to be. Stop being lazy, retards.

Femboys are gay.

Gay mean happy, you mean homo.

???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
I literally can't eat anything but pasty and liquid stuff because of a surgery and you guys keep talking about burgers. Holy shit I'm fucking starving.
Finding men is homosexual and homosexuality is wrong.
>Finding men is homosexual
So then we've all been homosex once in our life?
>tfw always hated burg because I only ever got fast food ones
>discover that I actually love them when I make them myself
>like them with fried onion so it's a pain in the ass to make them
why do I have to suffer like this?
Homemade burgers are patrician so long as Jack isn't making them.
It's worth the suffering.
Yes.
>Not just putting onion in with the patty, so you can do both at the same time
Step it up
I'm craving a western combo.
Cook them with the patty duh
I mean deep fried onions. I slice up an onion and fry a solid disc to put on the bottom layer of the burg and then turn the rest into onion rings to eat on the side.
Breakdown
Bioshock?
It's worth it though
Just do it
I want onion rings

Are you the same guy who said that eating massive amounts of butter was harmless to your health?
Not him, but how is that bad? Trans fat free butter is perfectly healthy as the myths about the health risks of saturated fat have been debunked a long while ago.
Even according to the most conservative dietary guidelines, you can get up to 30% of your 2000 kcal caloric intake from fat, which means about 65g of fat, which is a fuckton. If we take into consideration all the evidence about high fat diets being actually beneficial for weight loss and insulin sensitivity improvement, there's literally nothing wrong with eating trans fat free butter.
Habit Burger and In n Out
>inb4 overrated from flyovers
5 Guys
Shake Shack
As long as it isn't literally an entire recipient of butter, sure
Fat is good in a certain amount but some people immediately think fat = always good in any amount, and go crazy with trash food and sweets, then you end up with people justifying the behavior of that fat guy who eats a lot of butter in a pic that's often posted here
..
use the superior crop
>but some people immediately think fat = always good in any amount
Yeah, those people are called LCHF adepts and their diet of choice has been proven to be literally THE most effective for losing weight.
Again, even according to the most conservative dietary guidelines, you can get up to 30% of your caloric intake from fat. 30% from 2000 kcal is around 600kcal, which is around 65g of pure fat. Butter is approximately 80% fat, which means you can technically eat around 80g of butter per day and meet the most conservative dietary guidelines. Have you ever tried eating 80g of butter per day? You'll puke before you stuff yourself with so much butter.
>then you end up with people justifying the behavior of that fat guy who eats a lot of butter
People get fat from eating too many calories, not too much fat. I thought you actually knew something about nutrition before this point, but it seems you're plain fucking retarded.
Breakdown has burgers for restoring health and animates eating them in first person.
>I'm over 270 pounds: the post
>I'm a dumbfuck who knows nothing about nutrition and probably a 300lb lardass too, who thinks it's OK to stuff oneself with any number of calories as long as they do not come from fat: the post
