Well it fucking killed everyone on a boat so clearly it had something going for it.

>it killed everyone except the frail but armed woman

>spend billions to develop a helicopter
>it get fucked by a 300 $ 10 year old RPG

>eveline can kill some guy telepathically
>cant kill ethan

Eve is the bioweapon you retard. She just shits those things out.

The molded are a bi-product of Eveline's influence.

>Eveline comes in, starts spready her mouldy smelly mushroom gunk everywhere
>Enemy soldiers start feeling like a bunch of fun guys, begin having hallucinations of a little girl telling them what to do
>Evie either forces them to kill eachother, or puppets them into helping the side using the bio-weapon
>Subjects will eventually succumb to infection, dying, then being revived as molded - still under Evie's influence.

It's the usual schtick for bioweapons in RE.

>Oh we can totally control it you guys
>Until it just hulks the fuck out (Literally every tyrant ever) or has some weird attachment issues and goes completely insane (Evie) and we lose all control and have to nuke another city hurr

Molded are just fuck ups. The goal of Umbrella was to create super soldiers. Tyrants and such the end goal. Mass produced, high vitality soldiers. Imagine an army of Nemesis soldiers, each armed with high powered weaponry, loyal to you. And you just grow them in a vat, so you're not using regular people.

That's the military application. The medical is possible eternal life through regeneration.

The F-35 is costing trillions and is liable to be trashed by long range weaponry other countries are developing to counter the "sensory fusion" thing they keep talking about, so count yourself lucky if your billion dollar helicopter is merely vulnerable to a thing all helicopters are always vulnerable to.

RE7 would be ten billion times scarier if they could get through doors

Is that a regenerador?

I dont remember there being three hundred (300) $10, year old RPGs.

Yeah but their success rate for doing this is literally 0% and it's done nothing but destroy domestic territory.

You seem to be under the impression that the molded are what they intended to develop, and not just a byproduct of Evies very presence. You're wrong. Eveline was borderline unstoppable until the serum was developed. The fact she could create mold out of thin air by simply existing somewhere was just a bonus.

Molds weren't purposefully created by (((Umbrella))), they were a byproduct of Eveline.

It's a Molded. They're like Regenerators if they didn't regenerate or had spooky music.

>loyal to you
Only the T-103 were somewhat controllable. But again, you can't predict it after its mutation.

They wouldn't be RE games if you have Umbrella succeed. A world where Umbrella succeeeds would just turn it into a game where you play as some Tyrant soldier fighting other tyrants in some military setting. Like Halo or something.

>frail

She was chosen for that assignment for a reason. She knew what she was up against.

If you dropped that fungus shit on Iraq with a carpet bomb it would clear the place out pretty quick.

No, you'd get the Resident Evil movies.

>their success rate for doing this is literally 0%

If that were the case we wouldn't have any fucking games you idiot.

We've had fully controlled militarized tyrants in multiple games and also one of the canon movies. Just because they haven't built a literal marching army of them yet doesn't mean they've had no success.

>you play as some Tyrant soldier fighting other tyrants in some military setting
That sounds real fucking neato.

>he thinks that doesnt sound awesome

Only because someone stops them every time.

If any of the protagonists failed in any of the games, the antagonist would've destroyed the world.

Everyone form that faggot in 0 to the retards in 6 were pretty damn close to pulling through.

Those aren't the bioweapon. They are a byproduct.

The bioweapon controls minds and basically forces the enemy to kill each other.

molded were made from the bioweapon, the bioweapon being evie you dumbass

>the Bakers imply they've spoken to black policeman before

How? None of them look even slightly sane. They seem totally incapable of interacting with anyone without trying to chop off their limbs or turn them into horrific black people. Jack and Marge are too far gone and Lucas is a murderous psychopathic asshole even without the mold.

They had a literal factory making Mr. Xs.

>None of them look even slightly sane.
Little girl magic, I don't have to explain anything.

>Molded are supposed to be fearsome and scary
>you can have a loud gunfight with one and the other won't notice because it was facing the other direction

You can meme all you want, but they make the basement and derelict ship terrifying.

I'm interested to know how much Capcom paid you because the molded very quickly become something you sidestep and ignore with closed doors.

So what is canonically the most powerful Bio Weapon in the RE Universe?

I'd make a counterpoint but it's obvious I'm arguing with Mr. Autistic Emotionless Robot so I don't know I'd communicate my sense of dread.

Maybe they just hide when he shows up so as not to attract more. Can't get exactly get a full search warrant because of some bones and saw blades strung up on rope looking suspicious so if they stayed quiet and hid from him they would be fine.

On the other hand, they ARE capable of interacting normally with people at times, or at least they were at one point. In the daughters dlc Marg and Jack are pretty much instantly infected after contact with Evie, showing signs of total control immediately. And yet in the main game we find Marguerites journal that details visits to the doctor as the mold infection progresses.

>tfw beat 21 survival+

I fuggin jumped up and punched the air when that last fucker fried

I agree. The basement gave me the spooks the most.

The end of the Daughters DLC seemed to imply they can switch off the crazy at times.

Eveline could have probably made them act more normal so not to get the police checking on them too much

boiler
room

The basement was spooky but by the time you got to the ship you knew all their tricks so they were just zombies that were really easy to run past.

Obviously the C virus.

>very quickly become something you sidestep and ignore with closed doors.

Yeah, after your first playthrough, just like any RE game/enemy. I thought they were fine even if they were the only real enemy type in the game. Just when I thought they were no longer intimidating they would throw a new type at your, or in greater numbers. I also like how quiet they are, like when youre navigating the basement/morgue area for the first time and just mindlessly turn a tight corner and there one is without any audio/music cues or anything. That was the "dog through the window" moment for me.

nanomachines son

women pretending to be men asked a machine what freedom is lol

the machine said "lol watch this"

Hey guys whats going on here? What VIDEO GAME are you guys talking about?

Leisure Suit Larry: Magna Cum Laude

What the fuck are you talking about?

>tfw you know what's going to happen as soon as you set the candle down but there's no way to avoid it

wesker was a success

I miss that game. I loved the conversation gameplay.

>no easter egg where you put in LOSER as camera guy and lucas gets pissed, killing you himself

uraboros was perfect if chris hadnt stopped wesker

Alex Wesker is the only villain to literally win in an RE game and she was a Wesker child who developed the t-phobos (cant remember if she infected herself though) and at the very end injected herself with Urobouros.

The kind of power she displayed at that point was unlike anything we've seen from an RE game. She telepathically ripped the heart out of her former giant monster body with ease while levitating and shit, all while inside her new loli body.

"DURR ITS HARD TO UNLOCK IT WITHOUT DAH PASSWORD."
I wish it at least let us try.

the retard has been showing up in every re thread posting literal spambot tier nonsense, he thrives off your replies so please just ignore him.

>created
>actually was just black loli coom vomit

>play Ethan Must Die
>molded bang on doors
Did they do that in the main game? I didn't notice.

Is that from Survivor?

The psychic little girl trope never works because I just wonder what would happen if Ethan was a huge lolicon

So Ethan's totally Wesker's son, right?

Why did they stop mass producing tyrants anyway? I have yet to see a single better BOW than mr X from RE2. Nemesis doesn't count since it was a prototype and couldn't be mass produced. Like I bet a modern t-103, like the one from Damnation, could have BTFO of 99% of the BOW's in re4-7.

>tfw hunk will always confined to mercenaries
unless he is actually redfield

so was berkin conscious in his final form?

Why would they give a shit about following Umbrella's orders at all? Best I could see is a drooling tardbeast that attacked everything around it.

So basically the ancap dream?

user, I got some bad news for ya....

google.com/amp/www.psu.com/amp/32297/resident-evil-7-not-a-hero-dlc-characters

>Why would they give a shit about following Umbrella's orders at all?

Because they're Umbrella's employees? Nemesis followed orders and so did Mr.X.

Sergei Vladimir's Ivans were extremely intelligent as well.

Ripped from Banned Footage DLC files

YAMERO

So Umbrella drags you into a lab, mutates and kills you, and you turn into a low IQ superzombie and they give you weaponry. And they don't pay you anything. And you don't get laid.

What's your motivation to follow their orders?

>Nemesis followed orders
This was even more questionable. Nemesis was a parasite grown in a tube. When did it have time for English lessons? And why does a parasite grown in a tube want to follow orders? Have you ever seen a parasite grown in a tube follow orders?

Considering it was demonstrated to require a moist, humid environment I really don't think Iraq would be in danger at all.

You have ten seconds to name another BOW that could defeat the Albinoid.

Protip: you fucking can't

Reminder: Umbrella is literally the "Hold my beer" evil company involving bio weapons.

Hmm, making baboons hyper aggressive at 300% muscle mass? What could go wrong? Intelligent insects and leeches, mmmm I see no problem here - raises all around!

you dont have motivation, they coud probably control you through pheromones or some shit

>giant shark is basically immune to any and all damage
>eh whatever, lets not use that again

Lisa Trevor. She can jump.

Umbrella got sacked afterwards off camera. All research probably got destroyed. I think NEMESIS only managed to produce one succesful result too and they probably got raped by their local goverment after racoon city got nuked.

How the fuck is THIS confirmation and the in game credits are not? It literally says Chris Redfield in the credit of the main game and yet people still doubted it. Why does Capcoms community twitter post suddenly equal confirmation? If there was a ruse you honestly think they would spoil it on their english twitter account?

Also what is this supposed to prove? Or is it just something you posted to show us?

DEPUTY

I think the parasite only learned after it had taken control of a brain, in this case a T-103's brain, which can clearly follow orders and comprehend them.

His cutscene files also refer to him as "Chris". Back when we got the demo on PC, the files referred to Eveline as "Evelyn", they didn't even bother to hide anything from datamining. So they definitely didn't hide anything again.

I would argue that RE7 is one of those games that is able to provide how games should tell a story.

The reason RE7 would be it as opposed to Pretentious Shitfest 7, is that in my opinion the general experience and story of RE7 could not ever be properly done in another medium. Especially so the twist that Granny is Eveline Now, its obvious to everyone after the Salt Mines, but the foreshadowing of it at the beginning of the game with the photo you could argue could not be pulled off, on the grounds that to include it requires to explicitly mention it in some way, and in so doing reveals itself. It could be argued that a movie could do it by showing it without highlighting it, but all the more still you would lose out on the general horror and visceral experience that you get from Happy Birthday, 21, Daughters, Mia, or Ethan getting himself gored in someway

>they didn't even bother to hide anything from datamining. So they definitely didn't hide anything again.

That's pretty much what I'm saying. Yet I keep seeing this twitter post being posted here as the "NEW DEFINITIVE PROOF" or some shit.

It would be cool if it was Hunk but there's no definitive proof or even any reason to think he is. His job, motivation, etc.. can all be explained in the dlc. And his change in appearance can be explained by the drastic change in artstyle. Different rendering and modeling techniques. The characters from 7 wouldn't look right at all in 4/5/6 and vice-versa.

Sounds like you are a pussy
