I've thought about making a gaming related Youtube before.
But then I realized how redundant and/or cringeworthy the vast majority of gaming related Youtube channels are. The market is already over-saturated enough without someone like me throwing my hat into the ring, especially since (upon a bit of self reflection) I really have nothing particularly interesting to say at the end of the day. My perspective, even as someone playing games since birth, isn't unique nor are my views controversial.
I don't see the point, and I feel that Youtube as a community would be a whole lot better if like 90% of it's content creators came to the exact same conclusion.

While the game itself is... mediocre, fine, whatever, I Horizon: Zero Dawn is a really good target for bashing. There's a lot of really "quality" technical and story stuff to make fun of in that game, and that's not even getting into it's "progressive agenda".

You could also do one shit talking the Switch, but that might actually require you to buy a Switch so I'd understand you not wanting to do it. New console excitement might be a good thing to capitalize on for comedic effect though.
As for TV shows and movies, can't think of any recent ones standing out as that particular kind of funny bad.
Maybe Monster Trucks, because of how hilarious the production of that movie is in hindsight and the massive losses the studio suffered over such a terrible idea.

Thanks, I can't believe that one still gets posted here, especially seeing as I forgot to mention specifics about the God Hand one. I'm really fond of it, I feel like it was my first decent video. I'd like to do more long stuff like that, as I tried recently with the Set Piece video, but unfortunately it's not always viable, I had to buy a PS4 and like 5 games for that video and it didn't even do that well.

The main issue I have is I don't know if I should start a fresh channel when I get around to making a couple of more serious videos, because there's been some sketchy shit on the one I have now, it got copyright banned once and it took months to get it back, although it's in good standing now.
