It chucks you back to the previous (auto) save point just before you enter the boss room. You do get a little star next to the save file for beating the game though.

It would have really been awesome if you could continue the game with Ganon defeated. Like build up Hyrule again, and 100% it (monsters still need to be slain and shrines to be explored).

Depends on how old your Wii U is. The very oldest models have some issues.

This happend to me earlier too. If you die, you can't even retry until you get to the island again.
Shit was so fucking hard and took so long.

Works and looks great on Wii U. The only problem is in heavily populated areas (particularly the first town) the framerate drops from like 30 to 20.

But hardly hindering.

You need to rescue (pay) more fairies. Their powers are apparently run by a communist regime so they all share their strength. You need all 4 in order for them to have their full power.

There's a ruined archway on one side that you can climb up, you have to walk through a little bit of evil shit but you'll only take like 2 hearts tops.

From there you can jump to the tower and get over the goop covering it.

Runs fine on my WiiU. There was some slowdown in the beginning (fuck huge landscape with wind physics) but I haven't seen any since then. I climb every mountain so I would experience framerate hits but I haven't.

They're not in. I think they would've been cool if they were in and acted like cockroaches to make them more threatening in the open world. Like set one on fire or lighting anything on fire and they start moving fast all over the place. Wasted opportunity.
