Leakanon impled a few things:
One - that they were part of the team organized to create the giant conspiracy mystery
Two - that Rockstar consistently monitors progress on it by looking at player statistics and game triggers, silently pushing subtle updates to the mystery through game updates
Three - they can't outright give us what we need because they risk bonus
However, I have a few questions for Leakanon - If the mural represents the characters and their arcs throughout the story, and where they intertwine, as well as the heists, does that mean that using repeatable missions to find clues at these glyph locations is a right course of action? Or is it unnecessary? Do some of these missions set up ideal conditions for these triggers?
It doesn't move with the clouds. The clouds mvoe around it, and it is consistently visible. It's visible through most weather. It happened to be clear that day, and smoggy on the other day I saw it.
It's a painting of Ursula's house. Her only relevance is to give us the ability to set up a storm at will - which is a vital factor to triggering some of the events.

Almost had the sun and moon eclipse each other at the Altruist camp. I tracked the moon phases, and each game month lasts exactly 4 game weeks. New moons are always on a Friday / Saturday. Full moons are always on a Friday / Saturday. Aphrodite is tied to Friday. Friday must be a key day.
Was never able tog et the moon and sun to totally eclipse each other - at least not during sunset. haven't tried sunrise yet.

Things to note about the shitstar faggot that came from /vg/ to dismiss it all - Rockstar uses multiple studios from around the states / world to work on different parts of the game. The team that maintains GTAO worked / continues to work STRICTLY on just GTAO. They wouldn't know jack-fuck-all about anything in the SP or pertaining to the mystery - it's not their job to worry about any of that shit.

As a nod to the wild goose chase that led to nothing that was bigfoot in GTA:SA, Rockstar is basically doing it again with all this cryptic easter egg stuff. who knows, maybe they will actually patch something in to finish this, but I find that unlikely. they will milk what's left of GTA: Online, then just move onto the next GTA installment.
You just need a 100% save. You can download one. A lot of the shit in the mystery has already been uncovered and can be recreated by following the conditions. Just google the Chiliad myatery.

Interesting bit of info - the crack is in the direction that the sun rises from. The sun is also supposed to be the "eye". The Eye is consistently in the east in some of the wallpapers.
Leakanon told us about a meteor broadcast and that when we hear it, we should try looking up to the sky. Maybe the meteor lands on the observatory??

Leakanon said that progress on the mystery is heavily monitored and they update it along with the progress.
Theoretically they could be keeping it out of the game until progress on the mystery has actually reached a head where it can be realistically found.
the theory is that rockstar watches people's development on the theory, and add things with updates as they get closer. so they wouldn't add the jetpack until the people working on the conspiracy shit got close
Leakanon heavily implied that Rockstar monitor's the mystery triggers and slips in updates to the mystery.
There's also a strange yellow hose that leads up to it, it comes from the ground, leads to the tree, and then sinks back into the ground.

This is the tree in Grapeseed that drops fruit - the only one that drops fruit when rammed with a car.
I cycled 4 game months in different weather types but didn't notice anything. Even rammed the fuck out of it. I might have cycled time way too quickly though.
I still have yet to figure out this meteor thing either. Leakanon mentioned a meteor, but there are no broadcasts or mentions of it regarding a meteor that passes once every game month.
Perhaps they slipped something not yet in the game? I think the meteor might be linked to the crack in the observatory.
