As much as Hale sometimes sounds cliché, Mark Meer is an absolutely fucking awful voice actor. Femshep is THE way to experience the game, really, especially since the only half-decent romance offering you the least amount of cringe is Garrus.

I saw a mudcrab the other day.

It says something that Bioware think all "real" women look like dead eyed ragged 40 somethings whose physical health and attractiveness died years ago if it ever existed at all

And this is what they think the young female sister to a super model man looks like. Not someone young, and inexperienced, which is the concept they sold us, they the brother and sister we young, inexperienced and not experienced soldier killing machines like Shepard. Yet Shepard could look like a drop dead gorgeous model instead of a hardened soldier killing machine. And the actual long inexperienced person looks like they're a rotten potato in their 40s.

On top of that they're still doing the weird oily skin, plastic hair, shitty facial animations, fucked up lyp syncing, messed up body animations, weird skin textures and dead plastic doll eyes that other game developers moved past YEARS ago.

Why do Biodrones keep posting this? The goal of these threads isn't for Bioware to fail. If Bioware fails, the fount of unintended entertainment runs dry. The point of these threads is merely to enjoy Bioware's gross incompetence, not scheme to bring about some grand downfall.

Why does it look worse than ME 1-3 in a lot of these ? I'm not even talking about the style of the faces, nor am I talking about whether they're ugly or attractive. Were these shots taken at max settings? Because this looks worse, visually, than some of the early Andromeda in game stuff we were shown.

I'm a little confused.

As for whether the new female can be made attractive, or not? They already had an issue where the Female Shepard was far, far less played than the Male Shepard according to Bioware's own stats, that they released. Doing things to drive even more people away from female protagonist sounds just, strange, and, this is coming from someone that only ever played Female Shepard. I tried out the male, couldn't get into the voice, and, as a result, throughout ME, my Paragon, my Renegade, and my character that did their best to not go to either extreme, all were FemShep. They were a lot of fun.

I'm legitimately worried between the visuals, the odd preset choices, the new voice acting, the facial animations and lip syncing issues, as well as some of the bodily animations . . . that they've, almost, gone out of their way to make this a less enjoyable experience. That's, just from seeing the screens and videos available now. Maybe they're taking things out of context. I don't know. I hope it's not really this bad.

I guess I'll see. Call me a sucker, it's fine, it may turn out I fully deserve it, but I'm giving Bioware one last chance.
