DX: Mankind Divided

why do /we/ say the new Deus Ex is bad, again?

Terribad optimization
Somehow manages to feel short despite several sections dragging on
WE WUZ AUGS N SHIIIET
Ending is clearly sequel bait
Breach Mode is basically just run'n'gun with no need for stealth

It's not entirely bad, but there's a lot of flaws.

I actually really liked it
hubworld Prague was reaally detailed, purposely small, only a few blocks, but deep and great.
I like the secret HQ hidden behind an old bookcase like batman

was DX: Invisible War really that bad or worth a ply?

>peasants with toasters
>"optimization"

kek

It's playable. It is really just not very good when compared to pretty much all of the other games.

it was BORING

I think we just got spoiled with the first one

MD seemed super mediocre though

worth a play, it's a consolized DX on the level of HR

Its a good game. Square just fucked it and told the devs to stop working on it halfway through in hopes of being able to split it into another game.
And then they put the supposed other game on the backburner after they further fucked the game with micro transactions and other retarded ideas.

It seems there's always a astroturf campaign against every AAA game released for Linux.

>Can play Battlefield 4 on all high
>Rainbow Six Siege maxed
>Gears of War 4 too
>But have to suffer all low settings on MD because terrible optimization

For reference, 960 4gb and 2500k

after beating this what should I play?
Witcher 3? any other good modern RPG-type thing? I played dishonored 1 but not 2

>MY COMPUTER IS SHIT SO I CANT RUN THE GAME ON HIGH, MUST BE THE GAMES FAULT!

>His go to games for "graphics" are bf4, siege and a console game

It was great.

>hasn't played TW3 yet
What the fuck are you doing? It's one of the best games in decades.

most people here like it. not revered like the original, but that would be unexpected.

uhh shud i play the first to?

because it is, just like HR

Witcher 3 is garbage

agreed play ffxv instead

Seriously, Prague was awesome and the individual levels they sent you too were even better. I felt like I was really in this cyberpunk future, whether it was being in Golem City slums, or the desert palace at the start, it all felt like a world that was really used up.

It was a huge letdown after the first game, but honestly it was at least a decent game overall despite its flaws.

> guard walks by ATM sometime later, possibly after several zone changes/loads
> instantly aggros and starts spraying lead at me
