Enchantment?
I just felt like replaying DAO.
About time we got a ME:A Copy-pasta
Enchantment? Enchantment!
Nice pasta
I can't really bring myself to play DA:O again, even though it is the only playable Bioware title, they tried very hard to make the game god-awful, like the whole of the Fade section in the mage's tower quesline, or the deep-roads section of the dwarven questline.
>Get a craving to replay DAO
>Start it up and get excited for the rest of the game
>Game crashes
>This repeats every time I feel like playing DAO
Deep roads wasn't that bad.
Fuck you bio-droney.
download the mod that just makes it so you can automatically end combat
Didn't those pig-fuckers at Bioware suggest a "end combat button"?
Hey Warden, did I tell you about my epic sidequest? That'll be 20 bucks faggot.
I don't get the hate for the deep roads. I agree about the Fade though. That shit burned my fucking eyes.
there is nothing wrong with deep road or fade
The fade was worse, with all the retard transformation sections. The problem with the deep roads was that it just went on and on and on.
*unzips pants*
First playthrough it feels like it just drags horribly, and there's almost nothing to break up the gameplay until you get to the broodmother.
>you had to pay for a storage chest
>fighting through Deep Roads and literally wishing you would already reach Broodmother to end this shitty arc
DA:O gave me many unpleasant memories
>Deep roads
>Bad
Not fucking even I don't understand this meme Ostagar is hands down the fucking worst.
Ostagar is fucking breeze, it's over before you see it, Deep Roads are boring, grey, tedious bridges and tunnels full of repetetive enemies. Fade can also suck dick but it's at least variable.
Nigga doing it a couple weeks ago Orzzamar and deeproads takes 2 and a half hours if you aren't shit and don't die and that is doing it right away after Wardens keep and getting shale. Even quicker if you go there end game with insane dps.
fade is terrible, mod to minimize it is absolutely necessary unless it's your first playthrough and you want to immerse yourself in mage lore or something.
Ostagar is fine but the tower section is like 2x as hard as it should be for your character level at that point in game.
>fade is terrible, mod to minimize it is absolutely necessary
Maybe if you're a little shitter it takes literally 45 mins and you only have to use each of the forms you learn there once kill yourself.
>tfw going in my first playthrough to Redcliffe and dying to two zombies
That save was unplayable, had to start new with most casual team combination: Alistar, Sten, Wynne.
>fade is terrible, mod to minimize it is absolutely necessary
only if you are and idiot and have problems with solving simple puzzle
Fade is one of the most original and memorable part in origins
>tower section is like 2x as hard as it should be for your character level at that point in game.
just create a mage with fireball
>Playing a mage ever
Never again touching magic classes after playing all the witchers and dragon age 2.
I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE PLAYED MAGE IN RPG GAME SUCK IT NERDS
fpbp
I've started DA:O twice and both times burned out after one leg. The combat just isnt varied enough. I tried using the console to build myself as an AoE tank for the sake of having a bunch of shit do, but taunt wouldnt fucking work.
What class/build is the most involved?
>What class/build is the most involved?
Unironically blood mage but control tanks only really work end game user they need you to have berserk spec and either Templar or Reaver before it becomes effective.
blood mage/spirit healer
take alistair, wynne and leliana
Whats his name again?
>wynne
>with a blood mage
Why do you want her to sell him out in the mage tower son
can you cuck a man if hes all ready dead? If so hes a cuck
...
that's a lie
moreover you can't have blood mage spec unlocked if you went to the mage tower first
>that's a lie
youtube.com
mods and cutted content
once you unlock blood mage you can take it at level 7 on new games.
its a party based game user, you can play as different party members to try different classes.
yes but I'm assuming that user never get that far
Was this the last good Bioware game?
Then your character does fuck all from limited tactics options, and the character you swap into cant do a lot because you built them around the tactics options. I actually though about playing as Wynne for that bonus spellpower.
