Neet girl is interesting because I don't think a neet would wear that it is way to intentionally put together in the way that it requires an active effort maintain to wear that outfit from the uncomfortableness of it . I understand it is fiction and as such idealized but they could have hit the same mark while getting the characters personality through just fine with an outfit that would still be in line with a fantasized version of a neet.
