I bought a PS4 Pro for this game and other exclusives and have been playing it happily for over 40 hours.

It's the best looking game I've ever seen in my life, makes Crysis look like shit. No wonder Hideo Kojima demanded to use the Decima Engine for Death Stranding. There's also a few Death Stranding tie-ins in the game.

It's the first fun Zelda game I've ever played in my life, I've beaten every Zelda and I already played Breath of the Wild for a few hours before I decided to lend my friend's Wii U back to him (because the game was too boring). Zelda is the king of overrated franchises, will probably never be topped so you guys can keep that crown.

I will never buy another Nintendo console (sold the Wii U I got as a gift, waste of space) and I will never buy Zelda or even waste my time emulating it.

I feel sorry for you if your taste of waifu is this bad.

Can't everyone just play video games together and just be happy? Just a few hours of escape from the mundane and depressing drudge of everyday life, just a chance to live a life full of adventure and mystery where you really do have friends and are free from bills, expectation, regret, loneliness... I think this is what we all want, just a small bit of happiness and excitement. We should all be able to get along talking about what we do to feel this way, and not judge others on there preferences no matter how odd or different from yours.

I think they really want there to be a sequel to this game, so I'm not surprised if they try to sequel bait in the end. but again I still haven't beat it so can't judge yet.

the main character is a woman. there are characters of different races because you're in the ruins of America. that's it. and unlike most generic protagonists, Aloy's actually likable.

None really. The Nora are reviled by the Carja and by Aloy herself. One nice touch was when the Nora go to the Carja lands towards the end of the game none of them like it and only are there because of Aloy/machine threat and wanted to leave immediately. The game had the tribes and factions unite against a common for but it didn't change their underlying mistrust of the other which was cool to see.
