I don't think they can do the divine beast thing twice. Unless they expand or reveal the rest of Hyrule like AoL did.

It only shortens fights a little bit vs things that are actually relevant. vs a savage Lynel you need one less opening to kill it, wow so gamebreaking.

They are off. Im just pointing out that urbosa's fury trivializes the game so I can see how you'd think any enemy was easy if you have it.
Im having a way harder time with the club lynel than the sword.
I understand why they did it. Voice acting, but wish they had taken Miyamoto's Link Link (that's his surname) thing seriously so we could have a Commander Shepard style compromise.

plus as I mentioned in the last bread, y ou can turn them off anyways, I generally don't use urbosa or goron guys ability because they refuse to recharge unless you fully use them so I save all their uses for when I actually need them.

Each ancient weapon costs 2 ancient cores which are rare as fuck. Even the stalkers rarely drop them. If you want to upgrade the ancient set then you're going to be left with very few of those cores to make weapons from.
The major tests of strength goes down super fast with a triple damage buff, so farming the weapons at end game is trivial. But ancient cores remain rare.

They arent rare. I have like 20. Just parry and some drop 2. Id say theres a 2 core for every 3 guardians killed ratio and you can kill like 10 guardians in the time it takes to kill a scout. Which is like 1 minute.

It's inside a cave, you either got to get there from the inside of the castle or swim in from a cave at the lake. I think it's in the north or east side.

Same. I've cheesed both Windblight and Waterblight with arrows. It's so obnoxiously easy. Been to Vah Medoh yet? So far my favorite of the two I've done, being Ruta and Medoh.
I'm at 55 shrines and the only 'repeated' ones I found where the test of strength. Are there any other that repeat, even if the specific layout is different?
Maybe the golf ones and the ones with the motion controlled maze ball?
afaik nothing repeats apart from strength trials. I guess you could count the Labyrinth shrines as repeating but that's really grasping at straws for that.

I honestly don't find lynels difficult at all. It might be frustrating with bad gear, as I'll screw up about twice during a fight. But otherwise you just witch time them to death, and fire a few arrows when they're running around.
I definitely want to see more complex enemies in upcoming dlc/games, because the combat is good. It's just too easy as it stands.

Why did Nintendo let us fast travel when enemies are nearby before bethesda?
Arrows are your best friend vs Lynels. Gotta shoot em in the face and they're staggered for like 20 seconds. It's a lot easier to do with a 3-5 shot bow.

The champion skills are designed to casualize the game. Thats why people don't like them. They are literally their to hold your hand in combat. The game is hard so they are definitely needed for many casuals to be able to fight a Lynel or Hinox, but using them means you are also a casual.
How underpowered were you? I can usually kill a savage lynel in 2-3 openings with arrows and a greatsword.

Savage bow x5. And I have like 3 savage swords. I stunned locked him at the beginning of the fight with head shots. Only reason it was possible.
The club wielding savage lynel was on an entirely different level than the sword wielding ones. I farm the sword ones so I wasnt expecting to get bodied so hard.

Why is the ancient armor headpiece so ugly. Its such a good armor for fighting but its so un/fa/ that I can't use it.
But you just shoot it in the face and then spin2win. Get more attack up gear. Cook mighty food and wear the ancient set with ancient weapons.
You only find them cause you beat the game. Post-game is just silver enemies/white mane lynels everywhere.
The same can be said for upgrading your armor or health. Or using healing items. Or upgrading your inventory space.
It's called progression; as you go through the game you get stronger.

It doesnt go down from 1 headshot. You need like 3. When you get over there you don't have time for many hits. flurry rush is much better damage but that damn club.
It definitely staggers from one headshot, I've been farming them for days. Use shock arrows and aim better.
