And even then, as a lead it doesn't fucking matter how experienced you are. You need to understand the pipeline very well and be able to give good critiques, yes, but you don't need 10 years of experience. You need to be able to deal with people in an effective manner. A senior artist isn't necessarily a good lead.

That's it. There's no misandrous conspiracy there. The animation itself isn't anything special and it's all very cartoony, completely unsuited to the style of models in ME:A and would explain why the facial animation look so weird, but making shit up doesn't help your argument.
