Nintendo was making trashy phone apps before smartphones were a thing.
They were totally ahead of the curve in a hamfisted way.

>This product does not require age classification

If you put a book in a video game it is no longer art.

For shame, there is fucked up shit in Madame Bovary

>ERSB guy sits down, wonders what shitty horror game they will make him play today
>"Read 100 classic books and look for swears and violence"

...

That sounds neat.

It reminds me of the virtual tour through the Louvre that you can get for the 3DS.

...

ESRB people don't play anything, you give them a bunch of materials containing the most egregious content in the game, be it dialog or gameplay and a check for $4000, and then they give you a rating.

>Pinocchio

poor mans galatea

>Gullivers Travels

a modest proposal was better

fucking classic

I'm guessing this was $30? I bet you could find something like it on your phone for free, now.

Only faggots do that, I don't even read my own posts

Was this game actually any good? I remember the 360 version looked pretty good at the time. The animations were kinda janky though.

What did you say?

Nintendo were making touchscreen timewasters before phones did.
So you can thank the DS for creating the mobile market today.

I don't know.

I've been actually playing this for the past few days, it's kinda fun. I don't think it actually works, but it's a nice thing to pop into 10 minutes a day

even though they're totally different, it felt designed like Star Wars: Republic Commando

very, very repetitive

sometimes they play things to make sure publishers aren't bullshitting them, so let's make believe and imagine the unlikely scenario that poor ESRB-kun was assigned a fuckton of books to read

I think they just looked up the list of books and tried averaging out the rating for them.
I mean books have ratings.
Right?

>tfw emulating DS on smartphone and on PC is a pain in the balls due to the dual screen and the stylus

Is that Japanese only

Nigga i can confirm you that it works, you wont get smarter at all but your attention, concentration and memory gets better

no it came out here too

they didn't market it very well and all the mainstays of the original DS like nintendogs and brain age just fizzled into irrelevance because nintendo can't market worth a damn

Nah I'm pretty sure Brain Age 2 was fairly pooular

that was a DS game

nobody even remembers nintendogs + cats, I di

>sold 3ds for switch
>now can't play that
Any good, free alternatives for android?

>egregious

>Peter Jackson's King Kong: The Official Game of the Movie
