It's comfy, fuck mobile games though. Don't group them.
I don't know but I know I am spending all my evenings playing dragon quest builders on my Vita since I got it
truly a 10/10 comfy game
Mobile gaming has a spot though. I play my 3DS and Vita when I'm at home and want to relax in the bed, on my couch, on the toilet etc.
When I'm out going to work and taking the train or bus or whatever I like to play some normie games on my phone.
One is not like the others.
...
Damn, looks p comfy
>normie games
we say normlafag here, reddit scum
also
>when i'm going to work
you ARE the normalfag
it's like minecraft if it wasn't ruined
and it had a goal
Is that really how good the game looks on the vita irl or have those images been processed? I had a psp and don't remember it looking that smooth, but I skipped the vita altogether.
vita is 960x544
I have the oled and it looks fantastic.
I found this screenshot but actually you don't see the jaggies on the vita
PSVita would be godtier and id buy one if it had R2/L2, normal analog sticks and able to play ps2-ps3 games(ps3 ones obviously with some downgrade) and CFW ;)

vita gameplay
vita has cfw now
also runs retroarch
Because handhelds are the last bastion of creative AA games. As opposed to consoles and PC where most releases are either overhyped, overmarketed, generic AAA schlock or indie games made on shoestring budgets.
I agree
The problem for me is that there's only one game I'm interested in: Muramasa Rebirth. Maybe Persona 4 Golden as well, haven't finished the original one.
Tried all the monster hunter clones and found them really boring. Have a ps3 and ps4 so I'd rather play on those, but remote play seems comfortable to play while in bed
>The problem for me is that there's only one game I'm interested in: Muramasa Rebirth
Odin Sphere and Dragon Crown are the same game but better
Have DC on ps3 and going to buy OS on ps4
fingers crossed for a Vita successor and an actually portable version of the Switch
Is it really?
It's super uncomfortable and tiresome due to sub-optimal controls, tiny low resolution screens, and gutted games in terms of scale to accomodate the weaker hardware; with games that should be on non-portable systems.
t. Vita and 3DS owner
Less bullshit
>Sit at home in front of my computer
>Turn on my 3DS
>Mobile gaming sure is fun!
I think it's comfy nostalgia mostly
Not that there's anything wrong with that of course
This. Just grab a thing and play, no clutter, no changing channel, no wires, no muh PC building, no nothing. Except all inclusive autonomous package.
I wouldn't ditch classic console+TV symbiosis yet though. And I honestly think that Nintendo is on to something with it's switch
Smaller screen makes the experience more personal
You can take it anywhere in the house or outside, just switch it on and play
No hassle
Limited hardware means no AAA crap
