>its only 0.01% of consoles having issues
this is obviously false, these problems are genuinely unacceptable, how can anyone buy a switch with all these errors and hardware issues ?

What's .01 of a million?
How many millions did the Switch sell?
Again, where is your proof?
You are just pulling those stats out of your ass while simultaneously shilling a video
Mines fine
LOL the switch is such a piece of shit.
>>its only 0.01% of consoles having issues
>this is obviously false,
can't you read retard ?
I'm more concerned people paid 300 to play Zelda for 8 months. Clearly they can deal with a shit system before its fixed
>By a Switch
>No hardware issues
>No dock scratches
>My Joycons connect properly
>Not single crash or even glitch in Zelda
>The game is great
>Also have tons of fun playing local multiplayer in Snipperclips and Fast RMX
>Mario Kart and Splat2n imminent
And meanwhile you niggas spend the whole day shitposting.
Feels bueno. Feels REAL bueno.
It's false, but in the other direction
.01% of a million is 10,000
The Switch has sold maybe around 1.5 million+
Only "thousands" of defective units is less than .01% sold
worked on my machine.
why lie ?
I second his experience
You tell me.
>cemu
What were you trying to prove with this
Happened to me once. I was pissed for a second. But Ive played the game for near 200 hours so a one (1) time bug is acceptable.
Fucking this.
I'll believe it.
I know like, 40-50 people who bought a Switch and have had no problem.
I though that bug was hard to replicate by accident when you're not actively going out and trying to do it.
What is this logic where if you buy a console you can't play any other systems anymore?
Probably not lying, mine had absolutely none of these problems as well. That doesn't mean that the massive amount of Switches that DO have problems are forgiven, but Nintendo is at least offering free, fast, repairs/replacements on fucked up joycons and dead pixel screens.
Same. The absolute worst thing I get is some slowdown in BoTW (mainly where you get the Master Sword) and if the damn thing was so defective I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be challenging the Wii sales right now.
My experience has been fine so far, but there was one hard lock that happened when coming back from sleep mode.
pretty much why do poorfags here try to convince themself that the switch is broken?
my game crashed twice on the Wii U. one of them was pretty bad, I lost at least 10 minutes of work
The Wii U(tm) doesn't have this problem.
haha that reaction!! did you see that EPIC look on his face when it zoomed in at the end?!?!
is he the BEST streamer Sup Forums??
These are the idiots who have missed on PS1, PS2, X360 and PS4 and got N64, Gamecube, Wii and WiiU instead.
They Wii U doesn't have voice acting either, you have to day one patch it. I skipped the patch and started playing until i realize there was none. Doesn't matter to me since I've been playing Zelda without VA since snes, but that doesn't exclude nintendo to ship incomplete games.
Also framerates and game freezes.
I have over 70 hours in Zelda and have had any issues minus the framerate. Easily the most polished open world game out there.
works fine on my PC
The game is much better without voice acting.
CEMU MASTER RACE
>my friend has a switch
>asks if it's broken in any way
>gives me a weird look and says no
>asks if the screen is scratched
>no
>did you see the video?
>what video?
I seriously doubt it's even 2% of consoles remember xbox disk eating and ps4 motorboat noises
what the fuck is that true?
i wish i could turn the VA off. only decent one was the king, everyone else is just awful.
>anecdotal evidence
>made up %
really made me think tbhfam
The VA is really fucking awful, what the fuck were they thinking?
bullshit, didn't patch and I have voice acting, nice try though, switchcuck
didn't have a freeze yet either
>wii u doesnt have VA either
wait... you're telling me they had a patch to make the game worse?
This
>not knowing people do this on purpose to generate clicks by retards like you
When do you wake up sheep.
You´re telling me I could have played through the game without having to listen to the terrible VAs?
Fuck, I wish I could go back in time.
I'm only saying you people take the flaws of thissystem way, WAY out of proportion. Not every single system is gonna be broken or scratched or bricked just like every single console launch that ever happened.
I think i got lucky or something. When I got to the grandma that explain the story of calamity ganon, I recognized the lines from the trailers. That's when I realize the game should have voice acting all along. I couldn't hear the King talk not Impa.
Zelda does speak "wake up" and the villagers and monsters have their yellings and screams though.
It happened twice to me. I hit a bokoblin from a paraglaider and the game stopped for like 3 full seconds. The second one was near an ice mountain. Again, while hitting a bokoblin.
>AngryJoe being absolute trash at any game, disregarding his opinion as a "reviewer"
>Switch being shit
What a perfect webm
Holy shit that's really fucking bad. Not even PS4 was that trash at launch.
Where's the proof
Why is the video mirrored until it crashes?
rekt
Mine crashed once with about 5-6 hours of gameplay.
Murrican education right here
and the xbox 360's red ring of death that was far more widely affected in the people that bought it was fine that it sold millions of units, pretty much conquering that generation?
Literally the only time my joycon disconnected was when I was dicking around and testing how far I could go.
(For the record I was about 12 foot away hiding behind my gf and couch before it went wonky)
>.01% of a million is 10,000
lol
>0.1% of a million is 10,000
1,000,000=100%
100,000=10%
10,000=1%
1,000=0.1%
100=0.01%
This is the future of our species.
Look at the Amazon score and reviews, about 15% of all people there are giving it 1 star due to hardware issues.
>Sup Forums - highschool math dropouts and economics studies
This gets more embarrassing every time
2 obvious m8.
I'm with you my man
Nothing wrong with rubbing it in the face of you ultra negative shitposters. You guys deserve it.
>See that mountain?
>No
>You can still climb it
Use basic math.
Pre launch, Switch problem videos emerge by e-celebs, vidya news outlets, randoms, etc. At best they owned the consoles for a few weeks.
The desynching is real and can be easily seen if you watch any shitty let's play of stuff like 1, 2 Switch. It's just brushed off because it's a known issue.
Dock scratching, system blips, hard locking, crashing, unreadable carts, all of these exist (see videos). Crashing and unreadable carts are on practically every platform (my Vita crashes with Risk of Rain often, 3DS sometimes doesn't read a cart when first using it).
If you're negligent with consoles, you're more likely to experience problems. If you're careful, you'll still encounter shit like RROD, which is nigh unavoidable.
Is the defective rate at 1%? That depends on what you tolerate as defective. Because the joycon lock wear is real, and therefore every console is 100% defective by design (unless you never remove them or you handle them like eggshells). Is crashing a defect? No, that's usually a software bug. Dock screen scratching? That's part design part negligence (plastic screen, I mean come on). Dead pixels, broken screens, sound blips, etc are all design/manufacturing flaws and potential wear and tear.
Ignoring these problems is exactly like ignoring Zelda's problems. You tolerate them because you're enjoying yourself. No different from relationships and real world problems.
It's called compromise and tolerance. Some people call them standards. Whatever you call it, the Switch is an underpowered device with obvious room for improvement. Defending its flaws under the guise of "but it didn't happen to me" is retarded. Exploding Galaxy Note 7 failure rates were way less than 1%.
>buy a Switch if you want
>99.99% of the time it works fine
>0.01% of the time there's an issues but you can send it in to get it fixed for free
I don't see what the problem is. Isn't this all console launches?
>Look at Amazon
>7 one-star reviews
>2 are about the dock scratching the screen, which has been proven to be a meme
>ones about how the console feels cheap and doesn't work with his TV
>one is just the word "horrible", another is just the word "prick"
>the last two say they like the system but got scammed by Amazon
Woah... NintenDOOMED
Do you fuckers wanna know why a game crashes like that on the Switch?
>Switch has really, no means of powering off.
>It can, but it wont charge if you do.
>So most of the time its in sleep mode.
>Sleep mode with the game running.
My copy of Zelda was on for 9 days straight off and on in sleep mode, and it finally crashed one day.
>the people shitposting are 15 year olds watching pissed pedro
this explains so much
>Ordered a tempered glass screen protector out of paranoia from reading what retards did.
I CAN'T TAKE THE CHANCE.
You fucked up.
>Tempered glass increases the heat in the console.
>It melts the adhesive around the edges onto the screen.
You are better off putting a microfiber cloth along the dock itself to prevent issue.
>dock scratching the screen, which has been proven to be a meme
...
Fuug, is this real? I play exclusively in handheld mode but I've never felt it get warmer than a bit over room-temperature and I have one
...
Looks super obvious why this crash happened. Stamina running out at the same time he tried to mount Sidon.
>Nintendo hasn't been able to recreate the problem
>of the 430 amazon reviews, two (2) [II] mention it
>the inside of the dock is soft spongy rubber
But I'm sure you have tons of evidence to the contrary beyond "I read about it on vee" that you're typing up
>What a joke. Pre-ordered this thing against my better judgement. Was fine for the first week, then started to have issues. Unlike others, it was my right joycon that wouldn't charge.
>I contacted Nintendo, and all I can say is that they were less than helpful. You would think a company that is struggling to achieve success would be more accommodating.
>Instead, all they could suggest was to send the stupid thing back to them at my expense, and I might get it back within 3-4 weeks.
>Anyway, I decided to go out and just buy new joycons thinkng that would solve my problem. When I got home with the new joycons, the console wouldn't turn on at all. I tried the 15 second reset. The screen would briefly show the Nintendo logo, then nothing. I kept trying the reset, and eventually it would not boot at all.
Not only is the hardware faulty, Nintendo customer service happens to be horrible and only a retard would play the lottery with that.
That's insane if true. Nintendo should just stop making hardware altogether.
>Nintendo hasn't been able to recreate the problem
Yeah those greedy Japs are clearly to be trusted.
ah i see. you drown when that happens so the game got "confused".
>LOOK MUH E-CELEB ITS TRUE
holy fuck senpai.
That's how every modern system works. That's why your PS4 can go into 'rest mode' by default and boot up the game whenever you want.
>single guy on youtube that gets paid by the click
But I'm sure his "my Switch works perfectly fine and Zelda is fun" video would have done just as well.
>bought 360
>dude rrod lmao
>still use it today without a problem
>sounds like an engine though
>get ps4
>dude literally melting lmao
>didn't melt, sounds like an engine sometimes
>bought a wii u
>froze once on w101
>never again after over 500 hours
>can't even hear it
take care of your shit faggots
I just realized how astonishingly bugless this game is compared to every other open-world game ever made. It's so non-buggy I haven't even thought about it until now and I'm 70 hours in.
What's amazing is that Bethesda games are significantly less interactive than BotW (you can't cut down trees or do physics puzzles in Skyrim) but they're still such huge messes where as this game hasn't had a single issue for me in my entire play time.
I had 1 red ring on my 360 but sending it to MS for free took like 1-2 day to repair.
Only if you're stupid enough to not let the adhesive cure.
Which is what people do.
That's because the game physics were already fleshed out and the world was handcrafted in chunks after that. Each chunk was also designed according to a set of guidelines, so that's how they were able to prevent major bugs and whatnot.
>0.01%
I doubt anyone said that cause that's fucking impossible
Defective units for anything electronic probably averages around 5 percent
Maybe less if it doesn't have a disc-tray or HDD like the Switch, but still above 1%
ILY
Have had the same exact experience since launch myself, absolutely zero technical problems
>the frog meme will trick them into believing I am not a shill
>That's how every modern system works
Modern systems can shut down.
underrated post
Same
>buying a nintendo handheld at launch
So close the software?
Was that 360 bought between 2005 and 2007 by any chance?
Seriously, people aren't taking care of their system the moment they open the package or false flagging.
>I love my Switch so much I have to go online and let everyone know!
>You guys must own very boring consoles because you are shitposting and you can't possibly shitpost and play games at the same time
>Not me though, I can shitpost and play games at the same time!
