Is the PS3 the greatest gaming console ever created?
Allow me to present these points:
- Massive library of games.
- Strong list of exclusive titles.
- REGION-FREE.
- Free online play.
- Good-looking graphics that still hold up today.
- Rock-solid system that never broke down (in comparison to competition).
You can pretty much buy a PS3 and games for dirt cheap and completely skip the current generation, if you don't care about keeping up with Sup Forums.

If you only want to purchase one console your whole life than I would agree. PS1 functionality, PS2 games if you have the earlier model and it also has all the apps all the new consoles have.
The only downfall of the PS3 is that it's UI is slow as hell.

Used to, they are dwindling, I bought mine and by the time I got to playing Neptunia, Dragon's Dogma, Guilty Gear Xrd and so many others they came to PC.

Fat PS3 with 4.81 Rebug CFW is god tier.
I'd enjoy mine more if it was CFW capable or it actually remote played PS3 games to the Vita.

No, the PS3 was pretty disappointing. It used to be total shit, but at least it made a bit of a comeback. I average it out to "mediocre console".

PS3 makes a decent media player. Plays CDs, DVDs, Blurays, and can stream movies from Hard Drive or PC

When it came down to 360 or PS3 I preferred the latter. With the 360 it was like MS manufactured it just to piss off game store employees. Even with later revisions it was a headache-inducing console.
Yeah DeS on Vita would be so comfy. If you can use the rear touch in some way for strong/parry that is.
How do you get buyers remorse with CFW? You have thousands of PS1,PS2,PS3,PSP, and emulator games at your disposal.

They have grips that add functioning L2/R2 buttons for the Vita to remote play PS4 games.
They're actually incredibly comfy too and work perfectly.
