Yes 30 fps is a flaw for being ambitious for its artistic direction for a somewhat earlier ps4 release.

No game is perfect, and should be criticized for those flaws, but whether if it can overcome those flaws to still make something great is important. Performance is very important, and i'm glad he addresses them, but he is way too objective about a lot of shit in a largely subjective medium.
