The first Shadow Hearts had an unique feel to it, the sequels shouldn't have been more standard JRPGs.

Covenants was quite fine still, though it was lacking the crazy asian stuff and instead had rather boring japanese stuff in it.
Fanw is a fucking travesty.

First shadow hearts runs like shit through emulation. Can still do it with a good enough PC but it's annoying. The second and third run perfect in comparison though yeah.

You must have an absolute toaster if you have problems with SH1.
The only parts my PC struggled were the hill with the sundown in the graveyard and when Dehuai starts the seraphic radiance summoning.

I think Covenants biggest issue was that even a lot of the storyline bosses and stuff felt less horror based and more standard JRPG, shit like giant pink dogs and anime super soldiers. Also Yuri's design. Shadow Hearts 1 Yuri has one of the best nice simple protagonist designs in any JRPG, then Covenant comes out and he looks ridiculous.

Why was that scene so ridiculously long? Plus, you could understood everything just fine without watching it.

Nigger SH1 unarguably emulates like shit. Even a toaster can run 2 or 3 fine, but 1 even with a good PC can drop below 60fps.

Oh no, a game that ran at 20fps on PS1 has a few drops below 60fps on a PC.

It's GhostLight, so don't expect anything big. I'm betting on some Dungeon Crawler from Vita, like Dungeon Travelers 2.

the majority of Ghostlight ports is Agarest tier shit, they are literally literallywhos that ports scraps that nobody else wants to.

Not super popular, satisfies a small portion of people and might be successful, but not mainstream successful.

SH 1 and 2 were Midway properties, no idea who owns the rights nowadays.

SH1 had genuinely spooky moments and fairly dark atmosphere sequels lost completely.
Honestly the sequel was so unnecessary it cancels itself in the end.

Did you forget that SH is a Japanese game? SH1 and 2 were only published by Midway in the west, the company that owns the IP is still around.
