Games only you played

Got pic related randomly from a store as a kid. Turns out it's based on some Korean cartoon and was only ever released there as well as in some eastern bloc countries. It has a Korea-only sequel, but I've only ever been able to find the demo of it online unfortunately.
Best Gladiator game hands down
Xbox had a lot of flopped games that if you slapped a Nintendo logo on it and released on a Nintendo console would be considered classics today.
...
holy shit. had this game on a demo disc that came with the xbox magazines. the demo stage was amazing. could never find the actual game, sadly.
Played both. Also,if I remember correctly Blinx was the first game that I played on Xbox
>dieing
>literally a spelling error on the blurb
The game seems cool though
Wtf I am retarded
controlling the tongue was a lot of fun
I guess technically my siblings and dad played this game also.
such an unpopular game that they made a sequel
watch out for the flying icecream sandwich
It was pretty shit as far as I can remember
>enough good exclusives that having an Xbox was a worthwhile choice, besides the fact the Xbox ran loads of multiplats better than the PS2 (loading times anyone?)
>not enough exclusives to make anyone interested in emulating it
Is this worth emulating, user? Was wondering.
This game was actually fucking great
...
Unironically one of my favorite games of all time.
youtube.com
Top notch soundtrack.
My only qualm with the game is the gigantic spiders that instilled arachnophobia in me as a child.
There was a sequel on the PS2 which content wise is an improvement in every way but it just didn't feel right
>Games everyone has played
Fuck man, I gotta replay this now.
Best level is Over Hill and Under Hill
Yea i find it quite enjoyable at times, save slots are a life saver with a emulator, as if you die in a fight you miss a day, meaning money, experience and potential better armor, which is bad as you only have 50 days to earn your freedom.
Will give it a try. Sounds like Way of The Samurai.
this game was kinda fun
Me and my brother played that game. It was frustrating to do it co-op, but it was fun either way.
I bought this for 20$, was an interesting take on platforming but the concept kinda got stretched thin, it was fun and had cool design and the graphics were half decent. A solid 3/5.
I remember playing this game with a friend, then my brother took it and I never saw it again.
It was good enough Microsoft ordered a sequel, which was also pretty decent
...
only bought this game because the back had a teenage girl in a bathtub and was surprised when it was fun
The problem was MS's own marketing, giving themselves a strong "mature gamer" image killed any games like Blinx from ever succeeding. Shame, as Blinx is pretty good, albeit slightly repetitive from what I remember.
I'm playing pic related at the moment and it's hard. I just completed mission 7 after my sixth attempt. I'm sure nobody here has played it
It's surprisingly good, I thought it was going to be garbage because of the metacritic scores
was feeling nostalgic the other day and tried to do a complete walkthrough.. not as good as i remembered.
silly me.
Take me back.
What are the chances that these ever get a PC port? I mean Voodoo Vince of all things is getting a PC port so I don't think Blinx is that out of the question.
Ya'll are my bros.
First level is probably my favorite. I'm a sucker for exploring and completing objectives in a non-hostile environment when the rest of the game is otherwise hostile. dunno why, just feels so comfy.
If that's the case, I hope you played Runescape when it was in its prime. Maximum comfy
Microsoft didn't even renew the copyright to Blinx the cat, so he's technically up for grabs by anybody.
This underrated shit right here.
Iunno about that user. It was popular enough to get 1 and 2 a pc port
It was a good game. It was very comfy.
Huh, I didn't know there was a steam port. Thanks for telling.
