I'm using the DSCM client, but when I launch Dark Souls it says "Dark Souls beta is not supported" probably because I'm using DSfix. Will it work or am I fucked?

i played das1 for the first time last year after playing bloodborne and das3. i was really impressed with how good das1 looks. i also think that the parries feel waaaay better in das1 than in das3.

I had a gtx 770 and a currently a 1070. Both nvidia and DSfix has worked on both of those. Did you load it correctly?

Yes I did. The one thing I see now that I didn't do was rollback drivers, because I have too many games that require current drivers and can't be assed to reinstall old drivers anyway. I'm on a 1070.

That's still strange. I just booted up DS with fix and it worked perfectly fine. I didn't even roll back the drivers. Is there some third party stuff you are using?

You might as well get the Mace right outside firelink shrine. I think you can buy a warhammer from the blacksmith but I don't rightly remember. You should look that bit up. I know if you kill him he drops that fucking crest to get into the forest though.
