Steam has effectively killed piracy in Brazil by accepting bank slips as opposed to forcing PayPal or cards. You can literally just go down to a bakery, market or any place really and buy Ass Creed or anime tiddy by printing out the bank slip.

you never know, and sometime they do. usually it will be gta except the main character is replaced with goku and a prominent villain is replaced with vegeta. maybe you can fly and do a kamehameha too. othertimes the disc won't work at all. it's a mystery.
