What improves after the first zone?

Enemy variety, more open levels, less deaths to bullshit stuff I guess. The first zone is pretty bad at first since it's full of tight corridors with unavoidable damage. Once you get to the next part the game gives you more room to move around so you aren't stuck backpedaling and holding mouse1.

My guild does 5+ DoA runs a day, countless more DoA forming in ally, there are plenty of casual dungeon running guilds, and pugs form daily at reset for Zaishen Bounty/Mission. Less so for vanquish but sometimes that, too. GW is healthy enough yet.
