It was a pretty great MMO while it was still active but USA servers were closed in 2014 and the Japanese following in 2016.
There's a private server in the works that's making pretty good progress. We might see a beta within the next 2 years.Plus there's the Chinese private server

It's making good progress combat, summoning, moon cycles, npc, stores, and networking are all up and going but there's still lots of stuff that needs added before the game is really playable. There's a discord group that updates and stuff are being posted to. But I don't know it off hand
