I doubt they would be arsed to do it. Just look at how much time they take to sub the Batsu games. Some of them are volunteers as well, so as soon as they're done with the Batsu they'll leave.

TofuPandaSubs for example have a page on their website where you can see the status of episodes they're currently working on. Some of the episodes have had the same status for more than a year, maybe even 2 as I remember checking their page in 2015 and it barely changed. They do release a new episode every now and then, but they keep dropping and picking up new episodes without finishing the ones they promised to do first.

You can't also forget that most Gaki viewers don't even know or care about regular episodes. You can see the same thing on Sup Forums. The majority only watch Batsu games and that's that. So TeamGaki gets more attention during that time as well.

Yes? I'm not paying 15+ dollars for something that looks like trash and is short as fuck. Indie games that are 2D without an extensive campaign or beautiful sprites should be priced at no higher than 10 dollars, and even that is the steep end.

Don't know how we go from pricing indie trash at 5/10 dollars to 15/20 dollars now.

That´s not really manzai what they are doing on gakim free talk more like. I think it was just one time thing and now they just use different cuts from it when episode is too short.

Donations aren't payment regardless of how much you give. If you want it done right now go message a sub group and ask what the daily pay would be for them to do it. You likely won't be able to afford it. Fansubbing isn't a job.
