Well Red Hood was requested by fans a lot. And they really tried to not have as many Batman characters in the game but Batman just has some of the best characters.

They turned Red Hood from psycho manbaby to quipster assassin after the 2011 comic reboot when they realized how popular he was with female fans. The character is better off this way.

I'm not against MK characters, but they should be a free pack that comes out completely independent of the actual DLC. Taking away from actual DC characters that might get in is insulting.
