NIS is probably the worst developer on the planet. All their games are just total fucking garbage.

Gameplay wise? no. Sage is better at land decimator than the Android in 4, every weapon now has a 3x3 attack so leveling up is easier.

The game is about managing glorified spreadsheets, if you dont have that kind of autism you arent going to enjoy it.

What's with the English voice for Prinnies now? They sound like they pulled regular guys off the street and told them to speak normal.

They aren't exactly great, but nothing really that terrible we cannot ignore them. The only one who is irredeemable bad and brings the entire game down is Seraphina. Worst Disgaea girl by far, even Fuka was better.

Disgaea has a pretty interesting history in regards to romance.

In Disgaea, it was pretty much non-existent.
In Disgaea 2, it was a focal point.
In Disgaea 3, it was a subplot surrounding the deuteragonist.
In Disgaea 4, it was a backstory.
And in Disgaea 5, it was cuckoldry.

When should I use reincarnate? I'm only on chapter 3, and I have only played Disgaea 1 before.
So far the game has been a lot of fun.

at least when you master a class. mastering a class would give great starting stat bonus which would scale well when leveling up.

mastering all classes and then reincarnating would at least give 10million to each stat when the character reaches level 9999

as for named characters, I did always reincarnate them quick 5 times to get 25% additional equip aptitudes
