You can emulate Dos games, all 8 bit era game, 16 bit era games, some 32 bit shit like Playstation or Nintendo 64. Even Gameboy, GBA, NDS and another shit.
Basically try with all the Arcade shit from Mame.
Don't even bother with everything PS2 or higher, it will simply go sloppy and bad.
Leo Richardson
If you want to emulate 90s games, go for it with any old emulator. Emuparadise or Romulation should have guides.
N64, Dreamcast and Playstation may be reaching your limit. Project64 works. Dolphin is a good Gamecube / Wii emulator.
Uninstall everything off your PC and learn how process that start with windows work, then block those from the services.msc part of Windows. Stupid processes that come with programs you install with use resources you could put elsewhere. Strip your computer down the essentials.

You should download VisualBoyAdvance for any cartridge games from the Gameboy, Gameboy Color, or Gameboy Advance. Works te best. For the N64, I use the emulator 1964, which runs Super Mario 64 like a dream. For the gamecube, I use Dolphin, because it supports link play for SSB Melee, and Super Mario Sunshine runs well on it. Those emulators should allow you to play any game from, what I assume, was your childhood.

Dude, I forgot.
You can even try the PPSSPP emulator, for emulate great PSP games.
Also, you can do a lot of retro PC gaming with that PC.
Juan Richardson
ZSnes.

The nintendo DS is going very slow.
And one of my problems with nintnedo are those shit from The Legend of Zelda and Pokemon.
and I look for games like FIFA, Madden NFL, realistic racing games, and I want to avoid as much as possible RPG's games
Landon Nguyen
You can emulate shit up to PSP, except PS2 and GC games
Levi Myers
I currently have the ePSXe 2.0.5 emulator from playstation 1
And my games are
Crash bandicoot 2
F1 2000
FIFA Soccer 1996
Madden NFL 2005
Nascar Rumble
Isaiah Hernandez
PPSSPP is your only choice then.
Nicholas Anderson
And is there any emulator of any Nintendo console that is perfect for my laptop?
And if possible could you recommend games to me?
remember
No games of The Legend of Zelda
And no pokemon games
Is that I doubt very much that my laptop can emulator the PSP (playstation portable)
Alexander Taylor
If you like sports and racing games, I can't really recommend Nintendo. Go for Gran Turismo or Driver on Playstation. Road Rash might be available on a few different platforms.
Sorry mate! Best games to come out of these genres rely on being 3D typically, I played some real sweet spot games on Xbox but that is beyond your capability.
I really liked Tiger Woods PGA 2007 I think. Sega GT, Forza.
Luis Johnson
Shit man even my shitty netbook has better specs than you (sans the limited SSD space). You didn't buy that laptop new did you?
From my experience w/ regards to PSX emulation: >ePSXe with Peops Software Renderer (don't let the 'software renderer' title fool you it's actually pretty fast and accurate) is pretty smooth and stable >PCSXR can get laggy from my experience >Most other renderer plugins besides that Peops Software renderer are laggy or don't work on my machine b/c of shitty OpenGL support (which will probably be even worse on your machine b/c AMD).
For N64: >Strongly game dependent, but the more accurate plugins are laggy.
For NDS: >Laggy, you'll probably end up cranking up the dynarec on Desume, and probably the frameskipping on games more visually advanced than Mega Man ZX.
For GBA: >VBA runs okay from my experience
For earlier consoles you'll probably be fine (except for maybe BSNES and others that target accuracy), don't bother with PS2/GC and newer, PSP might be laggy but I haven't tested it out myself.
Parker Diaz
But I really doubt that my laptop can emulate the PSP well.
Please recommend me something of nintnedo.
Remember that I want nothing from the rubbish of The Legend of Zelda and Pokemon
Jonathan Fisher
You should try asking over at /emugen/ on /vg/. Your laptop is pretty shit but you should be able to run PS1/PSP emulators with no enhancements at native resolution.
Robert King
And which Nintendo emulator console would be the best for my laptop?
I want to avoid all that is games of The Legend of Zelda and Pokemon
And I want to avoid RPG video games as much as possible
N And please would you kindly recommend me games
Colton Long
For PS1 emulation use PCSXR-PGXP, epsxe is total garbage with bad results. Tell us what you'd like to run OP and we can guide you.

I can racomand you some PSP games
>Gran Turismo >Ridge Racer 2 >Ace Combat: Joint Assault >Burnout Legends and Dominator >Split Second >Midnight Club 3 and L.A. >Need for Speed (try all of them, they are very different) >FIFA >PES >Madden >NBA >Fight Night Round 3 >WWE vs Raw >Tekken 5 and 6 >Street Fighter Alpha 3 >Darkstalkers collection >King of Fighters collection >Tony Hawk's Underground 2 Remix >Coded Arms >Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker >Armored Core >Daxter >Ratchet and Clank >Dragon Ball Z Shin Budokai 2 >Gladiator Begins >God of War: Chains of Olympus and Ghost of Sparda >All 3 GTA games on PSP >Initial D Street Stage (it's in japanese but since it's a racing game, you shoulden't care) >Kill Zone Liberator >Marvel Ultimate Alliance 1 and 2 >Motor Storm Artic Age >Out Run 2006 >the 2 Syphon Filter games >The Warriors (wich is made by the same people of the GTA games) >Virtua Tennis >the 2 Wipeout games
But I'm sure I'm missing something.
Xavier Brown
What a garbage laptop
Carter Ward
Bait thread. Close and move on.
Ryan Adams
Well what happens with me
Is that I only play Rated E for Everyone video games on the ESRB
What emulator would be the most idela for someone who only play video games for all ages and all audiences?
Justin Baker
>I only play Rated E for Everyone video games on the ESRB
Alexander White
Did you enable JiT compiler in the options menu on Desmume?
Isaiah Torres
Yeah what a waste, all these actual good recommendations.
Zachary Brooks
Hey, the best laptop I can get with my purchasing power.
And I do not have money for modern consoles
And that's why I'm looking for emulators for my laptop
Jeremiah Ross
I do not have the desmume
Can you recommend me some emulator of some console of nintendo that go perfect in a laptop of very low range?
And which games do you recommend?
remember.
I do not want anything from The Legend of Zelda games
And are there games of other genres or types that you can recommend me?
Noah Ward
Seconding PPSSPP, specifically for playing Castlevania: Dracula X. If you get a save file from the internet, you can also play SoTN and RoB instead on an emulator that is much better than the ones you'd need for those two games.
Isaiah Watson
>ZSnes

I always fall for the meme "the psp was bad" but then I remember all these games. I can't name 1 ds game I liked. (gameboy advance isn't ds)
