Actually, they are. Bethesda and the SKSE developers have an arrangement. The developers of SKSE have information provided to them by Bethesda critical to the creation of the script extender and they aren't sharing that information.

Like I said, no one's stopping you from making an SKSE version by yourself.

Any coder worth his salt can plug in SKSE functions if you already have the uncompiled code. The SE coders have been at this shit for almost a decade maybe and they managed to do it without Bethesda's help.

To be fair, lolis are a hassle. It's a pain in the ass to adjust poses of all kinds (ALL kinds) to work with them. Lolis are only easy if plan to make your entire mod list around them. That way you don't need a million separate meshes, boides, poses, etc... and sexlab bullshit can't be adjusted to work both with normal height and lolis.
