Id say it takes a good 1000 hours to even be somewhat capable in dota, but you dont even notice how ass you are at first because you are only matched with other turds, i played Dota since 2006, then Hon, then Dota2.

But ironically i also couldnt stand what valve did with the game in the last two years since they keep making it more "spectator friendly" aka more casual, so i stopped playing.
