I too agree NV was the best 3d fallout installment, but people suck it's dick too hard on the dlc. Point lookout, broken steel, and fat harbor were all better buys than any of the NV dlcs (assuming release cost). All NV dlc besides OWB lacked content, HH was too short, and DM and LR were monochrome linear shitfests that emphasized the weaknesses of gamebryo and the games lackluster shooting mechanics.

Playing OWB right now, what the hell was up with the dog facility? Why did Dr Borus send people to die to dogs? And why is Gabe so big?

Have you seen the state of Sup Forums? Before Sup Forums hates videogames was just a meme, but newfags have started flooding in over the past couple of years and have taken it to heart.

Far harbor was the best that could be done with fallout 4. They managed to make a story with moral ambiguity and visible effects of the characters action on the world with 4 dialogue choices.

Cool enemies, cool locations, cool loot all played to fo4s (admittedly few) strengths.

I'm a console player so steel is the only way for me to continue past the base game and wrap up everything. Also I can't remedy story bandaid with mods on console.
