Why is Pikmin such a fascinating series? Back in the day of Pikmin 1 I would eagerly lap up any lore I could find and 2 almost made me explode with the Piklopedia feature. 3 disappointed so hard by not including it but I still couldn't helping loving it. All those new locations and creatures.

All of the games are great for different reasons and it is possible to love one over the others, but never to hate any of them.

The only thing that dissapointed me with this boss was the fact that you couldn't drag his entire body and stuff it into an onion.
Easily one of the best bosses in the franchise, which says something bevause all of the Pikmin bosses are fucking great.

I thought the thing inside the crystal would be a cactus fig that the boss of the area would swallow just as the crystal breaks.

I was in for a shock.

I'm going to miss the gamepad in whatever pikmin comes next. Being able to micromanage and multitask in 3 was amazing, so hopefully they have maybe a button to just pause and bring up a map to let you map out paths for your AI partners to take while you do other things.

Switch was a fucking mistake. I thought the dock was something more complicated than it is, that if you wanted you could have the main game be on the TV and the tablet takes care of other shit. The one good thing Wii U had and they dropped it super hard.

He'll be fine. He has explosive power.

At least the joycons function as even better wiimote+, which means aiming is fantastic without needing an IR bar and could make pop-up maps easier to navigate.
