>everything still $30+
>still over $100 for crusader kings 2
Fuck you steam
How well does Dead Cells play on M+KB
Should i pull the trigger? I'm not fully convinced about Doom...
Has anybody here played this from start to finish on windows 10 ?? or should i just get the PS3 version ??
This is my wishlist, what should I drop?
Any other opinions on this?
Make sure you get a buddy over for battleblock, game reaches its full fun potential that way
Doom is great but different from the first 2, get if you think 15-20 hours for story mode is worth it
Willing to trade for some cheap games, I'll even bundle them together.
Don't know if they're cheap right now, but some good indie gems are:
Puzzle Agent 1 and 2
Jacob Jones and the Bigfoot Mystery Episode 1 and 2
Costume Quest 1 and 2
Barrow Hill
The Lost Crown
The Tiny Bang Story
Lumino City
Legend of Grimrock
How is Rabi-Ribi?
Is H1Z1 or PUBG a good game to play with literally zero friends?
How'd I do Sup Forums?
Any good feels games for undet 9.59 that will make me bawl my eyes out?
The only one I can safely recommend is To The Moon
Any others?
Should I get SK Estival Versus if I'm already playing through Shinovi Versus?
furi
Story about my uncle is an alright game and a fun plat former. Only 2 dollars right now which is a steal.
I'd say keep MGR, SoM, choose only one of the metroidvanias, cause I doubt you'll actually play all of them from here to winter
River City Ransom Underground anyone?
First reply that posts their profile gets 3 days of free Killing Floor because i don't know what the fuck to do with this coupon
How is Streets of Rogue? From what I interpreted it's like The Escapists Meets Deus Ex in how it's a 2D RPG but the objectives and locations are procedurally generated.
Get rid of shadow of mordor. It's just a mediocre game with a terrible ending.
Get Bastion and Machinarium if you don't have them. Same with Postal 2.
Also Disgaea PC is great if you like Disgaea games.
should i get these or should i take off something
>was considering Blood Bowl 2
>see all these negative reviews with all small negative bits
>extra teams cost a heap
>BB Chaos has 26 teams for like $6...
>went fuck it, bought BB2 anyway because multiplayer
>most of the negative reviews aren't exactly truthful
>like one complaining about the usage of tiny symbols for skills, when all those symbols have tooltips anyway so ???
>BB2 definitive is out later this year so can just buy a simple upgrade to get all the teams then
>can still play against DLC teams so that's cool
Would recommend BB2. As far as RNG goes it is almost XCOM levels of cruel, but funnily enough it's cruel to both you and the AI.
Also, this is the cart I bought along with Memelands 2 because a friend wants to co-op.
caved in and bought all these because of Gamestop flipping. I also gifted a copy of Shadowrun Dragonfall to a friend.
Pretty fucking good, user.
If you can spare another couple dollars, get postal 2 and return to castle wolfenstein.
PUBG is really fun to play by yourself IMO and if you really want to play squads or duos you can always play with randoms.
Avorion, Y/N? I've currently pirated it and the hour I've spent so far seems alright but I'd like some more opinions. I don't generally do Multiplayer since my MP buddy died a few months ago but I'm a sucker for space sims and building stuff.
Gungeon really isn't all that fun. And what's up with the fact that you never played Portal? Buy that stuff ASAP. Check if the Orange Box isn't cheaper.
La-Mulana is too obtuse to play without a guide, but it's a charming game.
>want to buy a gaem
>check Steam during summer sale
>check G2A
>the game is actually cheaper on G2A unless it's some obscure indie trash nobody even bothers to buy
This is why summer sales will never be good again.
...
The walking/running animations nearly gave me a panic attack but yeah it's pretty neat.
Watch out. There are a lot of anti-G2A white knights on this board
How did I do?
>Transistor but not Bastion
badly
Does anyone have any opinions on...
>Butcher
>Xeodrifter
>Retro City Rampage DX
>Hyper Light Drifter
>Axiom Verge
>Republic Commando
>Mother Russia Bleeds
>Heart & Slash
I'm looking for laptop friendly games
DOOM, Ori and Terraria are all great games.
I dont get that. Why are they only after G2A when some places sell even cheaper than they do?
Someone was asking
last thread.
Written my reply only to realize that the thread is dead already. Posting it anyway.
Very long, with tons of post game content.
I'm clocking at 21 hours atm, done the bare minimum of the main & post game story content, and nowhere near 100%.
Not to mention the speedrun and boss rush challenges which are unlocked once you're done with the game, oh and the Halloween dlc. Personally, I'd say its totally worth the money spent.
Age of Decatnigga
>>Retro City Rampage DX
Boring. The shooting really isn't that fun and it's just a bunch of pop culture references as the story.
My cart so far. I've heard good things about Darkest Dungeon and will be going in blind, should I pick up the DLC as well or hold off on it until it goes on sale?
>Starbound
good, bad, autist?
Recommend me Japanese games.
I'm tired of all this western crap on most featured deals.
>Axiom Verge
Pretty good imo, is short and has no replay value though
>tfw the only game I bought that I've been addicted to is a western game
Arigato, senpai.
Japanese games are underrepresented on Steam. Pretty much everything western is there, but a lot of Japanese games are still console exclusives or too indie for Steam.
>megaman collection not on sale
>want turok but I'm pretty sure it'll be in a bundle soon since nightdive always bundles their games
Dlc is designed for post game or at least when you're at the stage where you can delve in the Darkest Dungeon.
Personally, I'd wait for a sale on the dlc if I just started playing the game, but I don't have that degree of self-control.
Because their favorite e-celeb says G2A is bad, so a lot of people on Sup Forums are rabidly against G2A anytime it's mentioned.
>pathologic
my nigga
Doesn't look like the DLC adds too much for a new player.
Considering the price, I'd wait on it unless you have cash to blow.
Get this if you don't mind VNs.
store.steampowered.com
>buy Tales of Berseria
>pirate it
Which one?
Saints Row 2 is up for $2.50
3 and 4 were meh at best, but 2 is an awesome RPG if you're into the gang crime genre.
you can only reply to this post if you've spent $0 so far in this sale
ace of seafood
hackers beat
TRADING VIDEO GAMES
Reply if anything at all whatsoever interests you.
VAMPIRE THE MASQUERADE BLOODLINES 50% off, $10 during the steam sale
Why would anyone in their right mind pay money for it? The game's ancient, and the developer went out of business like right after the game came out so they're not getting a penny.
shit discount, used to be a fiver
why would you even give money to the people responsible for troika going under anyways
Sorry for being picky, but i prefer not vns. Do i have any other options?
What's something fun I can get for 5 Steam dollars.
Why pay for anything?
Way of the Samurai
keep Spelunky
drop La Mulana
Bastion
Half Life 2 + EP1 + EP2
Portal 1 + 2
KOTOR
Literally a ton of stuff man
Reporting in.
Been browsing games for a week, I'm sick of it.
Down to endless legend, xenoverse and arma 3 but I'll probably keep not buying anything as I don't really want any of them.
Was also interested in the new hitman but that's too expensive.
The Swapper
This War of Mine
Domina
Terraria
Splatter: Blood Red Edition
that only narrows it down to around 2000 games wow
DOMINA
how wrong am I?
Haven't played a racing or fighting game in years. Looking to only spend another $10 bucks, was thinking Mortal Kombat Complete and Burnout Paradise. Anything else to consider?
Y/N
is blaz blue good? I'm not a big fighting fag but I do have a stick
not really looking to play online so if its dead whatever but does the game have good waifus and a good(bad) anime story?
NR can't make good fighting games. Get an ArkSys game instead.
Can you elaborate on this? I've had people tell me to just pick up the third one.
It's a good game, I have no problem giving people money if they put out a good product.
If you don't wanna buy it, that's fine lol, just hollering what the discount is. I agree that $5 is a better deal, but $10 isn't unreasonable to me.
Because buying some games helps the actual devs, but games like VtMB don't because only gaben and kike publishers will see a dime of it, and neither of them deserve money for the developer's work
What's the most fun Call of Duty to buy right now (I don't own any of them but like the gameplay) that has an active online community?
Y
>but does the game have good waifus and a good(bad) anime story?
Yes. And Yes. The Story is a trainwreak but just keep in mind you're only getting to see the first part of said trainwreak. Since you're getting CT.
This isn't true at all. Crimson Court is a campaign that runs alongside the main game and effects all the other regions.
HLD is great.
Shadow of Mordor is fun, but lore raping.
I dont like Borderlands, but w/e.
To the Moon is sad.
>tfw all the games on my wishlist that are on sale are the "Hey, that look like it'll be fun for five minutes" kind
Pirate
PC port is kind of shit
Postal 2
Super house of dead ninjas
Machinarium
System Shock 2
Return to Castle Wolfenstein
Killer is Dead
Fallout: New Vegas
Pick up the third one. The third is actually really good. People are just really fucking salty that they changed the style/tone of the game from 2 to 3, but 3 is legit really good.
1 and 2 take a more serious approach to the story while 3 takes a crazy approach, but as a result you get some extremely fun missions.
Best thing you can do is start playing SR3. Pick up whatever you can until you're invested enough that the story interests you. Then you should watch a playthrough of 1 for the story, skimming over most of the gameplay bits. After that, you COULD play the 2nd game, but it runs so fucking AWFUL on PC. The controls and the performance are absolute shit. You need to run some obscure external batch files and shit just to fix the slowmo issue or something like that. If you want my opinion, you should then do the same thing with 2. Watch a silent playthrough, skimming over some of the long gameplay segments.
Then return to your game of SR3. Then later be disappointed by SR4.
Should I get Killer is dead or transistor?
Depends on what you want, 2 is closer to GTA
3 and 4 are more wacky fooling around shit, 4 specially
I like 4 more than 3 personally but maybe that's just me
Transistor, easily. Assuming you've already played Bastion that is.
If that's the case, I'd second that other user's To The Moon recommendation. It didn't quite emotionally wreck me like Planetarian did, but I did only barely avoid crying to it.
How's this look?
I beat Killer is Dead. I still don't know what the game is about.
I have a gift card with 97 cents left on it. What should I get, Sup Forums?
The community for skullgirls is dead, but it's a great fighting game still.
Saint's row 2 is when the series was at it's peak. Saint's row 3, however is when they started adding all the silly goofy shit with no sense of actual plot.
>Most fun
4
>Active community
I don't even know. The community is mostly 12 year old kids.
I read some say it was pretty good or at least got 60FPS. What's wrong with it?
>Hollow Knight
>Ori and the Blind Forest
>Child of Light
>Rabi Ribi
>Valdis Story
These are the games I've bought so far and probably the only ones I'll get. Played child of light and was instantly put off by the fact that I had to install Uplay. Been playing rabi ribi and I gotta say this game is really fun.
Any other games that are similar to these that I should probably get?
