What panther is it? It looks like a Panzerkampfwagen V to me
It had heavy armour up to 8cm thick, and had the classic 75mm cannon that allowed it to basically penetrate any armour of other medium tanks. The Panther V was produced mostly as a response to the soviet T-34, and easily outclasses it. The typical Sherman tank introduced around the same time was a light/medium tank that featured substandard armour and armament compared to the Panther V, it would be absolutely useless if it was hit by the Panther V 75mm cannon. If this is actually the Firefly or the M1 model, then it has a good chance as these were later versions fitted with an improved 76mm cannon to match the increasingly larger German heavy tanks in 1943+.
The comet is a late-war tank, and it features inferior armour to the Panther V, but sitll has the 76mm cannon. It was also one of the most agile tanks on the battlefield, it could retain most of its speed whilst turning, and was faster than most peer designs.
Either the Comet or the Panther, the T-34 and Sherman would most likely get destroyed by either these two,

Call me crazy but german engineering that somehow manages to be less reliable than soviet tech isn't that impressive to me, they took years to stop them breaking down all the time.

i wouldn't use anything else. it was the chasis of a Panther 2 and the gun of a Tiger 2 with none of the mechanical problems of the Jagdtiger.

it was so good Otto would command the Jagdtiger unit, but they didn't realize how bad those things would suck in actual service.
