Otherwise, they've been pretty shit. Not that I can say much more for WRPGs, which normally have combat systems that consist of "Walk at the enemy and hit A, sometimes cast a spell with B". The only WRPGs that are any good are the ones with FPS mechanics attached to them (Deus Ex, System Shock, Ect).

Nigga Xenosaga III was WAY better.

The entire RPG genre and all of its sub genres are trash. Devoid of skill, interactivity, exciting gameplay, and only serve to tell a mediocre story and show interactions between cliched and shallow characters. Yes, I've played that game you're going to claim "did it right". No, It didn't, I've been playing these games ever since their inception.

The only RPGs that have ever managed to pull off a good video game are Souls and that's only because of their extremely superficial use of the genre.
