For Dynasty Warriors sadly no so far, KT only woke up with Samurai Warriors 4 II and beyond.

It is a bullshot, Koei always does that with their musou games. I enjoy the games and all but because of how niche they are people don't call them out on it, the DW9 trailer used the same dusty filter effect thing the DW8 earlier trailers had to make it look better than it actually is too.

They have never said that, the only thing they have said about character designs is that their visuals will be more based on military uniforms of that time, which can seen in Xiahodun, Zhao Yun so far.
