I can't think of much else.

There is a lot of Native American stuff in Shadow Hearts 3, you don't really need to play the first or the second game to get into it. Its really light-hearted and wacky, so don't go into it expecting anything serious.
Also, its more or less a standard turn-based jrpg with a few gimmicks thrown in, so don't bother with it if you aren't into turn based games.

AoE II's representation of Native Americans civs isn't the most accurate (like they're not excluded from unit upgrades featuring things like crossbow technology and iron/steel upgrades), though they notably cannot build a Stable and train cavalry so they get an infantry unit to fulfill a similar role.

Aztecs and Mayans are actually pretty great, while the Incas in HD are a more well-rounded approach.
