Learn Japanese play Japanese games.
What's so hard about it?
Learn Japanese play Japanese games.
What's so hard about it?
FUCKING LOCALIZE ISHIN YOU BUNCH OF ASSHOLES FOR FUCKS SAKE I WANT IT SO BAD
...
Learn Japanese.
> learn a whole language just to play a video game.
>sit all day before a computer doing nothing but shitposting
better use of time
>他真的是学日语
>还没学好汉语
>我绝对希望你们不要做这个
Nice word-for-word translation, faggot.
Chinese is ugly to look at and listen to.
The learn Japanese part.
Not everyone is a neet like you.
>mfw you don't realize what a big compliment you're actually giving me
>you must be a neet to have the discipline to study an hour or two a day
Why does kanji have to have multiple meanings, at least Chinese is pretty much one character one meaning
Pot calling the kettle black, buddy
Well, props if you did it without a dictionary, etc. Your grammar's ass though. Should be 是学日语的 in the first sentence, and the last would probably sound better with 这么作 or 作得这样
Because kanji was introduced to Japan.
Ishin was a WAY better sendoff for Kiriyu than 6
i feel like i'd need to pass N1 to fully enjoy a yakuza game in japanese
Characters have multiple meanings in Chinese too, and are very often modified by preceding or succeeding characters to completely change the meaning
>one character one meaning
>what is 多音字
Why didn't you pass the N1 yet?
im still studying for the n5
>作
>not 做
Are you sure?
Well, good luck.
Because I want to learn a language that not only sounds cool but is actually useful outside of gay weebshit
Go for Arabic, you'll need it in the future.
thanks. right now my greatest obstacle is the grammar. people told me that kanji was incredibly difficult but i find it much easier than learning the grammar rules
correct
Grammar will eventually start to make sense. Just practice a lot of reading.
Get White Rabbit's Graded Readers (if they're available to pirate) or read NHK Easy News.
>know japanese
>games are censored
>Sup Forums is retarded and keeps claiming japan doesn't censor games
It's not hard, it just takes time and dedication.
I'm finally playing some retro games I've alwats wanted to play and it's incredibly satisfying being able to understand the language. Granted, I still have to look up many new words every now and then.
>console only
I am from Japan but I don't have space to buy a PS4.
>What's so hard about it?
rendaku
passive/potential
names
weird ass kanji fonts
super shitty handwritten characters
Im still going though, I'm just tired of my own incompetence with the language
Stop DJTing.
何を言う、お前からそんなこと聞きたくないよ
いきがるんじゃない
当たり前、員に備わるのみとして自分の仕事だから
Arabic is actually a manly language, full of masculine sounds. I fucking hate anglo speak. A more gay sounding effimate language don't exist.
Is that akiyama on the left?
Only the main antagonist/final boss is OC. Rest's appearance is from the main series
Don't wanna learn a useless language.
Guys help, how do I motivate myself to learn more? I have hiragana down mostly, where do I go from here, pls help
You should stop. Hiragana is nothing and yet you have motivation problems with it.
How long did it take you to reach n3 levels?
N3 is not worth noting. N1 or bust.
No, I'm just a lazy fucker. Should I just jump into kanji radicals?
>start learning kanji
>everything has at least two meanings
>combining two radicals gives you retarded shit instead of something obvious
at least someone made anki
>decide to start learning by reading manga
>decide to not bother with the meme recs of easy manga and actually good stuff I'd like
>spend an hour a chapter trying to understand
Did I make the wrong choice?
Learn romaji.
Seriously just stat working on vocab and go read Tae Kim.
>an hour or two a day
>then you try to speak it in a daily conversation and sound like a huge mong
>or try to write it and your handwriting is fucked
People who think they can master a language from a daily hour of study, probably have no business learning other languages.
I want to pay money for actual localization, i'm not THAT MUCH into jap stuff to dedicate myelf to learn an entire language with no actual use in my everyday life. It was already difficult to learn english since jap devs hate europoors.
Nip has probably the wildest interpretation issues I've ever seen when going from Jap -> english. Direct translations sound like 7th grade haiku so people have to put their own spin on it just to make it understandable.
Oh nice I was waiting for one of those.
How do you pronounce 見ている ? Does the い of いる just lengthen the e-sound or is it pronounced iru?
ei, like aye
>Tae Kim
I wish he kept doing videos. I much preferred them over reading the site.
It's a glide. You lengthen the e-sound that comes off the end of the て
What are your opinions on 日本語の森?Are the lessons any good or a waste of time? Seem to have a lot of viewers.
Ching Chong Wing Wong. People who complain about Kiwami being grindy while giving Ishin a pass are retards Chang Wang Chong
>What is French
Better than anglocuck
t.abdul
>haha, I'll try to sound as gay as possible, that'll teach those muslims a lesson!
>he didn't just read the khhsubs guide while playing it
The game you can easily play without knowing jap, if you care about story just read the guide after each cutscene
Vocabulary is the most important thing, as in every language.
