Then why do Goku and Vegeta both have other forms in the demo when SSB would no doubt have been easier to model? It's almost as if their other forms were more iconic or something.

They didn't have their max level supers available.

Maybe the content wasn't complete yet? Maybe they stripped the content from the demo because of a bug? Maybe they didn't want to show too much? Jesus man there's so many possible explanations for that.

Because they wanted to promote it on nsotalgia, but I guarantee the end game will have more super than anything, you can expect your flagship characters from Z, nothing from DB, nothing from GT and a hell lot of super

Game will have 22-28 characters, it's like ningens have never bought a Dragonball game. There's going to be more than one installment. Odds are they'll go XX route but add a handful of characters each update. Final version could have just shy of 50, but realistically they're going to get it the base right first. This isn't an engine with a bunch of pallet swaps, it's a fighting game first and then a Dragonball game.

Tien could be a Tien Chiaotzu duo.

He was only able to stop time for 2 seconds at a time, with 5 seconds in between. Then he started training (while fighting Goku) and got it up to being able to stop time for like 20 seconds at a time.

Goku beat him being going Kaikoken x100 while SSB, thus making him 100 times stronger then a normal SSB. With that Goku was faster then time and able to move while time was at a complete halt.

Hit is in the current tournament going on so I'm sure he has gotten even stronger now.
